Active Advisories
Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Misleading!!
Jen E (Winnipeg, Canada) on Feb 09, 2025
The hotel lobby is nice, great location-close to the beach & staff are very nice. The Ocean View is VERY misleading!! It is a partial view - on either side of a building you are looking into unless you are above 12th floor. The room decor is dated & bland. we were 10th floor and could easily hear the breakfast area at the pool. The A/c is noisy and does not go below 20C to cool the room. The pool area is need of a painting, it is also the area for breakfast. The breakfast is mediocre at best. Scrambled eggs which are definitely powdered eggs and microwaved bacon :( !! At least you can have toast or cereal. The birds are ruthless with unattended food. I would pass on staying again
The hotel is very good

The hotel is very good—clean, well-maintained, and they provide extra pillows and towels if needed. The staff is friendly, and the view from the 19th floor is excellent. The cons: They don’t answer when you call room service. Valet parking is expensive—I paid $75 per night for a Jeep Wagoneer.
