Comfy furnishing, great location! The bed was soft especially for side sleepers like me. There were two pull-out beds for 4 people so the room was adequate for our family of 5.
Front desk lost the reservation extension and call to my workplace

Rude front Desk staff who wouldn't let me into my room and lost the renewal of my reservation. And when I pointed out the lack of professionalism, they also called me at work and tried to complain about me! Can you imagine? They simply have no idea who the customer is here and who provides the service here. It's a shame for this hotel chain.
