Lobby was nice looking, expected the rooms to be luxury suites and they were not. The room are old , worn carpet , chipped furniture and the most uncomfortable beds I have ever experienced. None of the three TVs worked properly. Several calls and visits by the engineers and they could not resolve the issue. Housekeeping was lacking, had to remind them to clean the room and replace the complimentary coffee each day. Small outside pool. Would never stay here again when there are much better hotel options.

We loved having two rooms at Ilikai Hotel and Suites, for our families to be close together, everything required was accommodated for, ideal for families and couples alike, celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary during our stay, thanks again.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, but the hotel is showing it’s age. It’s referred as luxury but is far from it. A few examples- no robes in the suite, carpets in need of shampooing, single sink in the bathrooms, the restaurant at the top had wonderful views but you couldn’t order food for pickup even as a guest of the hotel we were required go in person and sit for 20 minutes waiting for our order. Over all our 2 week stay was acceptable due to the great staff.

Great place to stay for a quick "staycation"! located just at the start of Waikiki, no need to go in deep through the hustle an bustle...you got your own little oasis where it has everything you need!

Female valets very rude no aloha no smile bad attitude. Driving other peoples cars very fast and scraping bumpers as going up parking structure.
