Perfect location, friendly and welcoming staff and a clean comfortable room provided for a great vacation. Ease of making reservation and easy check out were icing on the cake.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay here in a privately owned condo on the 20th floor.Nice view of the lagoon and part of beach.Lots of other high rise apartment blocks all around too of course but very spacious inside, bedroom/dining/lounge/kitchen all in one. Perhaps slightly impersonal - no greeting from main reception or staff generally. Lovely grounds and a live band early evening.They were better than the band at the House without a Key but not by much.No slack guitar, singer’s voice not great, rather untuneful songs sung though a couple of foot tapping numbers at least. Hula dancers, male and female were quite dramatic. Parking - we paid $25 per 24 hrs across the road at the Discovery Bay Centre.Cash only! Accessed via a side road, not that well signposted.But cheapest option around. Only about a 10 min walk to the Ala Moana Centre.

A few setbacks but overall a nice place. The pools were very nice and clean. The ice cream parlor was a hit with the kids. Fair prices

It was very inconvenient to not be able to change or alter or cancel reservations once placed without losing the WHOLE amount. The cleanliness on the day to day was great. Cleaning staff was very polite. The furniture (chairs specifically) was stained with dirt/soil and some chairs were unraveling or missing cushions. The bathroom wash cloths were not replenished unless asked.

Our stay at the Ilikai was top notch! Staff throughout the hotel, especially front desk and housekeeping and maintenance were extremely friendly and helpful. Gorgeous ocean view and also Friday night fireworks were a plus. Great location on Waikiki. Hope to return again.
