Everything was good. We came during a power outage, so just one day we had to make sure we were not in the room without electricity. Also, the bedroom TV never could connect to WiFi or cable. Always had to watch TV in the living room.

Overall excellent! beautiful location! I extended two times!! Location excellent to get to Ala Moana mall and a short walk out to waikiki stores. Will be staying again! Was in town to visit family and several of us stayed at the Ilikai.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We have been without power for the last 7 hours and will remain without power for the next 3 hours. The refrigerator began to leak, and we have no way to go about our daily lives. The staff here have been incredibly unhelpful and are not assisting in any way. The surrounding hotels all have power, and we do not. Make that make sense. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The front desk staff was prompt and welcoming at check-in, which we appreciated. However, we were not provided with a map or any orientation to the property, leaving us unsure of how to get to our room, access the Wi-Fi, or use amenities. We also only learned at checkout that we had coupons for ice cream and water, which should have been explained upon arrival. The room itself was spacious and we liked that the bedrooms were separated on opposite sides of the unit, providing privacy and minimal street noise. However, the room felt dated and lacked sufficient storage—there were no dressers, extra blankets, or enough towels for a party of eight in a two-bedroom unit. We checked in later in the day and requested these items, but they were never delivered. Additionally, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms, requiring another trip to the front desk. Housekeeping services were not offered during our stay, and the beds were quite firm and uncomfortable. The kitchen was not fully equipped—there was no sponge to wash dishes and no dishwasher. Power outlets were also limited; we had to rearrange furniture to set up charging areas in the bedrooms and workspace. The location was convenient, walkable, and centrally positioned, which was a major plus. The pool area, however, had no shade, and the on-site bar and grill did not have the best food. Overall, while the location and room layout were positive, the number of inconveniences made the stay less enjoyable, and we are unsure if we would return.

Great experience at Ilikai. Clean room, many conveniences on property, great restaurants either on the property or very close by. Friendly staff. Very close to beach.
