Location was great. The rooms aren’t the newest rooms so you’re paying for the location and view. Also all the shops and restaurants are separately owned. So no room charges allowed.

This third party didn’t help our reach out on time when checking in and didn’t work. Requestedm early check in bc had a newborn and paid extra $100 by Zelle and nothing. If I were u I would be careful and not go here. There’s better places and after the electricity went out after the storm it took a long time to bounce back. Elevators and water fountains and lights all were not working. This room 724 in the Oceanview resort suites through Vrbo. Names are Weili and Adam . Do not go through them and save the headache and frustrating with their non helping behavior. They just take your money and go to a better resort . You’ve been warned

Great location, great view, nice steakhouse on top of building, pool was small for the amount of guests. Again it’s a big hotel.

Great room with everything we needed included. Great location beautiful views. Highly recommended. Booked some activities through concierge services we were pleased with these.

Seen better days. Old, tired, half broken. When you bring up the concern to management, they pass the buck to 'someone else', nothing gets resolved. I can see that at one point this was a great place. It no longer is. Bad communication, no accountability. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. I bet they respond explaining how this was not their fault. Check the other bad reviews, there are many and all are blamed on 'something/someone' else lol
