We had a great vacation, a few things could have been be better. If you are a visual person you will notice more.

The location is fabulous! The beach is the best, sitting in the shade with the nice breeze and pretty calm ocean, snorkeling from the beach, it’s great, thoroughly enjoyable. If you get Julio Forever! JULIO FOREVER! You are in the best hands!! He is absolutely AMAZING AND BRINGS THOSE ICY BEVERAGES OFTEN AND WITH A SMILE!! Huge praise for Julio, see him at the beach or at the grill house/pool. He is THE BEST!!! ?? #superstar ?? We had a 5 star stay with a few exceptions, the property is tired and ready for a revamp, some attention to detail is needed and lacking in some areas. The food is very hit or miss! We had some great meals, some not so great and some downright disappointing. Overall the staff is amazing, friendly and hoping to please, there are a few prunes who are not happy to make you happy. Mostly you see happy welcoming faces! I’m not letting it ruin my day in paradise. We had a fabulous, relaxing vacation.
Great resort but don't waste your money on Preferred Club

The best part of this resort was the excellent staff who work hard to make your stay enjoyable. Every staff member who served us was professional, kind, diligent and eager to do their job. We loved hanging out poolside, snorkling, and paddleboarding in the bay. Food quality and bar service was consistently excellent. We booked preferred club option and found that the little extra it offered was not worth the added expense.
