Excellent trip, excellent installations and beautiful personnel, the beach , the VIP rooms and the restaurants the most delicious meal, the writers Alejandro and William the most friendly people , an experience that definitely I will repeat.
Best Resort in Huatulco

I spent my birthday at Secrets Resort as a staycation. The resort is beautiful and the staff were absolutely amazing. I want to give special acknowledgement to several staff: Restaurant Spice, Ivone (Captain), she was so helpful to everyone. She came to each table and checked in the guests and she gave me a special birthday cake along with her staff, she even took photos for us. Staff member Mariana (Hostess) at the front of the restaurant provided a wonderful warm greeting. She really enjoys her position and she made us feel welcome. Felipe our (Waiter) was the greatest. He took excellent care of us and showed us how much he cares about the guests. I highly recommend Spice restaurant. The food was outstanding, so my complements to the Chefs. Now I want to give thanks and kudos to the staff that work in Club Preferred. Especially Carlos. The service provided was superb. Everything was explained to us on arrival and anytime we had a need or a question, everything was taken care of very quickly. Finally I want to recognize Fatima (Hostess at the Market Cafe). She was so pleasant and always greeted us with a big smile and took the time to remember our room number and our name, very impressive. Special gratitude to the front desk, where we made our reservation in person. Efren Martinez provided outstanding service also. He took the time to show us the Resort and provided suggestions on room selection. We plan to stay at Secrets again in the future. If you book a stay at Secrets, you will be amazed and in addition to the great staff, great food there is the best view if the Pacific ocean, all in almost heaven Huatulco.
