Octogenarian Family Get-away

We were a family group of five and one friend in our mid-eighties. Hotel configuration worked well for us as did all inclusive. And value with Royal Holiday program was good. Negatives were having to get up early to reserve poolside chairs; beach access was not possible for three of us due to stairs. Food was excellent in one location and very poor in the others. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a very pleasant stay in spite of some challenges for our age group. Overall, a very positive experience.
Hidden gem in Mexico

Girls trip every year to this hotel. The beach is one of the best places to walk. The water is warm. The weather was 88 every day. Great breeze flows thru hotel and pool. The staff is remarkable and we love seeing them every year. The food is very good.

This is probably one of the worst all inclusive vacations I have ever been on. I have been traveling for over 25 years.

Again we had another great 2 week stay at the Park Royal Ixtapa. Several of the staff were familiar from previous stays and were friendly and helpful as ever. We will return next winter without a doubt. Lois and Brian
