Again we had another great 2 week stay at the Park Royal Ixtapa. Several of the staff were familiar from previous stays and were friendly and helpful as ever. We will return next winter without a doubt. Lois and Brian

14 all inclusive resort across Mexico and this is my honest and respectful review. Rooms are dated but fine. Buffett food was average to below average. Didn’t change it up much. Snack bar below average. Restaurant staff and bar staff amazing. Entertainment team and upper management not respectful or open to foreigners. They could take a few lessons from the rest of the amazing staff. Al a carte was impossible to get into. They only have two. We had supper in town 5 of the 7 nights because we couldn’t do the buffet again. The pool was in need of a good clean, gobs of hair everywhere, debris and sand constant. Very small pool area for the size of resort. The beach and the ocean were fantastic. We would come back to ixtapa again but not to this resort.

Beautiful property with fantastic staff. We enjoyed everything. The food was great and everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. The beach is clean and wonderful to walk. A great area to visit. Would come back again for sure!

Nice place, great stuff, good food, enjoyed the pool entertainment like zumba, water exercises.... Great shows in the evenings. Thank you!!!

Went for a family vacation. The beach was nice and some staff were great. There we some staff that need to be retrained.
