My girl and I love the place we want to go back next year they have very good food drinks room service WiFi awesome and the people so nice

Not my first all inclusive resort definitely would recommend. It’s clean the Staff is excellent. It is a very family friendly environment. Clean beaching and not too roudy. I will definitely be back My only complaint would be that the Italian restaurant is only available by appointment to get there early because spot fill up quick

Upon arrival, we were greeted like royalty and special visitors. Everyone (staff) was so friendly, respectful and fun. They accommodated our every needs. From groundskeeper to management, including room keeping service, they made our stay very special. Jorge and Alexandra were very helpful with assistance in traveling to the island and Zihuantanejo. I can't wait to return soon again. We were all very happy with our stay and we'll be recommending PRBI to our friends.

The hotels sounded great on the add however upon arrival we were told that an accident happened in our room! They told ne that a cleaning person had accidentalky dropped a bottles of cloro on the floor. I was told it was going to get cleaned up. My wife if very sensitivo to strong smells so I asked if the case was that the smell was too much if I could get moved to another room. I was told that wasn't possible. I was told it wouldn't be smelly. When we go to our room, it didn't smell like clorox, I assume that the room was simply not ready. Being honest about that woukd have avoided issues. Also the room smelled like mold very badly. We requested a room change and I was told I needed to pay. It's supposed to be an all inclusive hotel and it's less than all inclusive other than the food. The amenities like bike ride, kayak, etc has an extra cost unless the reservation has been made via a timeshare. When making reservations for the bikes, the amount of miscommunication between reps was incredible. To the point that we missed the ride twice. It was just dumb. The hotel is very run down and needs maintenance. By far not the best for thw price. I will not be coming back ever. For an all inclusive hotel go somewhere truly all inclusive.

Daniel was the best. Very polite and perfect customer service. It was the best experience. He was very nice and helpful. Daniel was very attentive to all our needs. I would come again because of him and would recommend the hotel to anyone. It was amazing
