Great stay with kids! Naidelin and crew kept kids and adults busy and fun at the pool area every day! Cooking classes every other day were super tasty! We will make the salsa the same way from now on( with dark beer and tequila)!

I stayed at the sunscape resort thanksgiving break. The staff were so nice including Ivan, Luis, Victor, Angel, Naydelli, and Jhovanny, all from the entertainment team. One thing that was disappointing was that the beach had a red flag my entire trip, meaning we were advised to not go in the beach since the waves were too big. The pool and beach games were so much fun including beach volleyball, water polo, and water volleyball. The entertainment team had such fun games every day. They made me and my friends feel so welcomed as soon as we arrived. The food and drinks team was amazing also. I loved the variety of food choices every meal. The cleaning team was so amazing. It felt great to come back to a clean room after a long day in the sun. The spa was so relaxing and an enjoyable and peaceful escape. All of the staff in general were so nice and welcoming. The front desk would always let us borrow card games or answer any of our many questions. Thank you sunscape for such an incredible stay.

Margarito was really kind, attentive and amazing! The food was cooked just right. The surprise ‘coffee’ at the end tasted like a liquid tiramisu. Would recommend!!!

My stay at Sunscape Dorado Pacífica was absolutely unforgettable, and the biggest reason for that was the entertainment team. From the moment we arrived, Ivan and Luis were such great additions—friendly faces who instantly made every activity more fun. Jhovanny was always smiling and cracking us up, bringing so much joy to every moment. Naydelli was incredibly sweet and kind, and Magela’s endless energy kept the games lively and exciting. And then there’s Angel, whose diva-level dancing could brighten anyone’s day. He truly brought joy to our eyes every single performance. Of course, I can’t forget Victor, who leads the team with so much humor and charisma. He had us laughing constantly. Honestly, my favorite part of the entire stay was spending time with the entertainment team. And let’s be real—after all those activities and competitions, we all know who the real winner was (yes… me). Next up, the food and drinks team was amazing. The cooking classes were such a fun and unique touch, and I loved the variety of food options throughout the resort. The soft serve machine became a daily stop for us! Every bartender was so welcoming, especially both Victors, who not only made fantastic drinks but also took the time to learn our names, making us feel like part of the family. There was also a bartender named Ivan at the pool bar who stood out—he mixed some of the best drinks and always took a moment to chat with us. And let’s not forget the snack machine, which became our go-to spot for fries at any time of day. The cleaning team also deserves a huge thank-you. Coming back to a fresh room each day was such a treat, especially when they left chocolates—little details that made the stay even more special. The spa was incredibly relaxing and such a peaceful escape. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. Finally, the staff in general—every person at the front desk or walking around the hotel—was warm, welcoming, and always happy to say hi. They even put up with the chaos of our very competitive Jenga games! Thanksgiving week is always a time for me to reconnect with friends, shake off stress, and just enjoy life. This hotel helped us do exactly that. We had the most fun, laughed endlessly, and made memories that will stay with us. Thank you, Sunscape Dorado Pacífica. I truly enjoyed my stay, and I hope to see all the wonderful staff again someday.

Izahorhi served the best cappuccinos and mocachinos and was the bright part of our morning. Truly an exceptional employee.
