The la Mario restaurant took such good care of us for dinners we felt right at home. Francisco could not be a nicer man and catered to my always hungry son. The waiters Lorenzo and Edwardo made sure we wanted for nothing. The hostess brought us to what felt like our table every night. Ten out of ten experience every night. Definite great place to dine here at the Sunscape Resort. I’ll be back. The Roles Family

Ac needs to be colder Buffet needs to be bigger have more variety Showers in the room need to be upgraded so they dont splash water onto the toliet area Also the entertaiment for children needs to be re organized kids dont even want to stay in the show for 10min and lastly bars and drinks should be earlier then 11am at least 9am when your on vacation your out their to enjoy and if everything is on time how do you enjoy staff was very friendly and kind waiters were great the fiesta mexicana entertainment was alsome thats how the kids one needs to be

Lots of fun! Would recommend for a quick weekend getaway. Raymundo the barman was really funny and gave a huge shot to my friend which was great. Humored us with our strange requests at the pool bar. Lots of sun and sea, fun weekend! Simon was also great

Ixtapa is great these resort is not family friendly. The rooms are not clean. The ac stopped working and the staff/management couldn’t find a solution to our issue with the ac for my self and my family.
