Music was so loud every night could not sleep until it was done and we had an upgrade room very disappointed. Left tip for house cleaning money was gone and room was not clean.

Friendly staff at the whole resort. Jose our server spoke good English and very pleasant. Simon the bartender at the pool is an absolute awesome person. Angel the pool manager was very friendly. The lifeguard did have to help a couple in the ocean. Good to see they are observant of their surroundings. ????

Team sun club were amazing Alicia was great she always met us with smile and treated us like we were family Pedro and nacho at sun club bar were great and their service was amazing

Three couples stayed at the Sunscape from Feb. 11-25. Nice clean rooms and helpful staff. We were checked in very quickly. There was a refrigerator in the room which was nice. The coffee bar in the lobby was a nice perk. (Did you see what I did there?) The breakfasts were always great-I didn't learn the name of who usually cooked the eggs, but she was outstanding. We liked to have lunch at either the buffet (where there was always an amazing breeze) or at Blue Water. We ate out mostly at night across the road. The real star of the show was Geovani- our waiter on the beach. He was funny, hardworking, and always had a smile or a laugh for you. He truly made a big difference in our vacation.

Had a great time the staff at the Sunscape go out of there way Givoni, Marcelo, Nacho, Alicia,Naylyetti,Carlos, Ruby, Josue, Alexandero, Elsa and Paola accommodating our request that made our stay great.
