Stafff was welcoming super friendly and very attentive and helpful!!!!!! Super content and satisfied with the stay!!!!! Carlos a very amazing member who was very energetic and full of energy always positive!!!! No fue gol.

Excelentes actividades, muy buen personal, la verdad nos atendieron muy bien. The personnel was very friendly and provided us with the best service possible. There is tons of actividades everyday including polo, swimming competitions, volleyball, and soccer in the beach. A personal thanks to Carlos who give that extra touch of fun in every activity.

HORRIBLE DO.NOT.BOOK.HERE The staff is very rude, do not help u less you become a member of the unlimited vacation club, and even if you are that don’t upgrade they treat you poorly. They let people cut in line for restaurants. Will never recommend this place. Go to another hotel or location in general for a better use of money.

Horrible lifeguard services with lack of attention and safety. Safety precautions aren’t taken by behalf of lifeguards on duty as well as staff around. There are no solutions provided by the hotel staff and/or management. Would not be recommending this place to future partners and management agencies. On a different note, on pool waiters are a pleasure when serving guests with great attitude. Other than that, not fully satisfied with the ambiance that was brought by the outside staff.

Overall very good time, lots of fun activities! Would recommend I participated in a wing eating contest, pool activities and beach volleyball, Rafael was very friendly and really good with memorizing EVERYONES name he encouraged all people to participate
