This place is overrun with roosters. That means you will be woken up at 4AM every day. If you are heavy sleeper or like to get up early for adventures you might be okay. But if you looking for relaxing vacation and to sleep in, this is not the place. We checked the surrounding resorts (Westin and Royal Lahaina), and those don't have roosters running around. On the bright side, the rooms are spacious and staff is very nice and helpful.

Please do something with this rooster that constantly non stop making its very strong rooster’ sound from 2:00 AM through all morning and all day long.

We were a family of four with kids under 12 and it’s iur fourth time at condos in Maui, first time at MKV. We loved this property, our gardenview with kitchenette was completely remodelled, the location was walking distance to so many great activities and restaurants. The free trolley to Whalers village was so handy! Make sure to get off at black rock to snorkel with the turtles for free. We also had a great time at the arcade at the Westin Resort. The beach in front of the property just north had some of the best snorkeling of our trip, and we went to a number of the bays north of the resort. The front desk was very helpful and the pools were great! My only complaint is that the front desk had an excursions sales person that kept calling our room at 8am and was very pushy.

Super convenient location. Pool is cool and nice beach. The stuff was friendly . The only thing I didn’t like was no beach chairs or umbrellas included ( extra charge)

The resort location and amenities are really nice but unfortunately our room was bug infested beyond our ability to remain in the room or sleep. When reported to the front desk, they were polite to attempt to relocate us but did not have another room for us. We were forced to stay a second night before speaking to the supervisor who provided a refund for the remainder of the stay and we had to find alternative accommodations at a higher rate and not a favorable location. We requested a full refund, but the supervisor said she would not be able to provide refund for the first nights stay. Couldn't cook without having cockroaches attacking our food everywhere. At night, found bugs on the bed. We asked the front desk attendant if this was common and she said yes it is. Very disappointed by this level of customer service.
