I think the front desk was leilani? She MADE this trip by going above and beyond. Initially I was put in a room that was undergoing renovations and had unpacked and everything. They asked I vacate the room so they could put me in the right area. Well they ended up upgrading my room and giving me a restaurant voucher for the trouble. Exceptional service to quickly fix the issue and will be back

We had the best vacation! The facility is so well kept and clean. The grounds are beautiful! The staff was so kind, welcoming, and helpful! Everything you need is right there-the ocean, two pools, a restaurant, coffee and hot chocolate every morning! There are both laundry facilities and a gym… the location of the Villas was perfect and our family cannot wait to return again next year!

Location and resort are beautiful but our room fell short of expectations. While the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had been remodeled, there was a musty smell in the room and in the wardrobe. Dont feel that the actual "premium" room we got is a true representation of what you see on website. It felt like we had been shoved into the worst room at farthest corner of the resort. Maui is expensive but still dont feel this room was worth the money.

Didn’t go to this resort/hotel. But we were in Maui! Maui is a beautiful place, you have the mountains and volcano around to enjoy the beauty. The airport is small but the people are very friendly truly expressed the love and beauty of the island.

Amazing location, Amenities and beach was perfect. I loved the kitchen and gym which it as open 24 hours a day. Morning coffee was very tasty and convenient. Plenty of parking so didn't have to stress over parking. Free parking also that we are not used to these days so that's a plus. Great for my family vacation. We will definitely stay here again.
