Great kids pool area and very baby proof rooms. The service was also great! We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the restaurants need more organic and non gmo food and beverage options even if they are more expensive.
This is a beautiful place with excellent customer service. The complex is very large so be prepared for walking.

We have stayed in fine resorts across the country and elsewhere, and this is the best one yet. The architecture is stunning, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the service is impeccable. The grotto construction did not bother us at all, and we loved the 24-hour pool time since we were on east coast time and woke up at 3-4 am every day. Spring for an ocean-front club room if you can— it is worth the extra cost. Our one regret was booking the Old Lahaina Luau instead of the Drums of Pacific; the one we attended had subpar service and we felt like intruders rather than guests. The drinks at the Hyatt are quite pricey, so stop at a grocery store and byo for your room.

Amazing, views are awesome, tons of stuff to do and see, beach right there, staff the best service ever. Would recommend to anyone.

We had an excellent and wonderful stay at the beautiful resort with stunning oceanfront views, and the property was clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the pool and beach areas. Our nice room was lacking a little cleanliness (glass bathroom door had smudges/prints all over it and I found a pop-off fingernail on the floor next to the bed). We would not recommend the $38/person buffet breakfast that they also add on an additional $14/person gratuity - just mediocre and not worth it. We would recommend spending that much $ elsewhere for a breakfast/brunch that we had at other places on other days (Plantation House was an amazing breakfast!).
