Whale watching poolside

Well appointed room. Hotel is fairly spread out and only exits to the pool were off the main lobby area. Self parking is also a jaunt as well. Great view of Lanai and whales from poolside. Ate at Japengo and the sushi rolls eere huge. Buffet was passible, but not spectacular. And, I booked with points so the stay cost me nothing!

Gorgeous view coupled with friendly and welcoming staff made our visit very enjoyable! We could sit on our balcony and watch the whales jumping in the ocean. We love being able to use the pools at the Hyatt and at the Hyatt Vacation Club. Our daughter loved the koi fish and birds!
Good hotel but am construction

Good hotel, clean and good location. Construction starting at 7am and staff was less than sympathetic and did not seem to see the issue.overal 3.8/5 ladies in the regency club are extraordinary. Cleanliness and proximity to excursions was great!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, we had a true ocean view. The Sonz steak house was underwhelming, service was mediocre. The pool was nice, the loungers are on top of each other. I really liked the gym. The conference food at lunch was hit or miss.

Great resort in a prime location. Restaurants are great, prices are high but expect that on all the islands. Very comparable to other Restaurants around. Great snorkleing right in ftont of the resort, Great swimming beach a short walk away. Excellent for walking in the sand or on the sidewalk.
