We were so excited for this vacation, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. We were there for 7 nights and I have zero complaints, everything was perfect. We can’t wait to go back!

This resort is amazing! We are a family of 4- 2 adults and 2 teen boys aged 15 and 16 and a double bed room was plenty of room. Room cleaning was exceptional. The resort is beautiful and everyone who works there is incredibly kind and accommodating. They have valet parking for $40 and self parking for $35. The self park location is so close!!! Maybe a 5 min walk. Fitness center is awesome- everything you need cardio, bench press, free weights, etc. Water fill stations all around the resort. Locations- hard to beat the convenience of being right at K’annapali beach. 20 min walk to Whalers village ( great restaurants and shops) and 25 to Black Rock Beach. This is a nicer and bigger beach than what’s right in front of the resort. Restaurants at resort are great- the poolside food and drink service is fast. I love the 24 hour towel caddy station- just get what you need and return it. Pools are clean and warm. Not too difficult to get chairs. We did get there in the morning to get chairs under umbrellas . Kid pool area with a water slide- adults can use slide too. The service desk had beach chairs for free to borrow for the day. No umbrellas. The resort is not too big- very manageable to walk around The penguins are adorable. We all loved it!

Great ocean views with comfortable beds, the hotel room was very cleanly. Good variety of places to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner. The pools are top-notch, beaches get a little bit rocky within 15 feet of the shore.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. The staff are so kind and accommodating. The food is great. The views are incredible. The on site wildlife (swans, ducks, koi, and penguins!!) were so cool! There is so much to do on the resort itself, and there are such amazing places to go right around it!!

We loved the Hyatt in Maui! Family of 4 with a 6 and 12 year old. We enjoyed resort life with the great pools, water slides and activities offered. The penguins onsite are a fun bonus! The Umali restaurant was great for the adults and kids. The breakfast buffet was great but make sure it’s included in your package as it can be expensive if it isn’t. The beach was quiet and nice but the waves and current a bit strong. My 12 year old liked it but the 6 year old preferred the pools. We also attended the drums of the pacific luau which was great entertainment for all of us with great food. We will definitely come back to the Hyatt on our next adventure to Maui!
