Wonderful restaurant inside Royal Lahaina Resort, Maui

My wife and I travelled to Maui frequently. During our recent morning walk along the beach at Kaanapali, we strolled to the Royal Lahaina resort and found the restaurant tucked inside at the end of the lobby. We looked at the menu and decided to come back for some dishes later. When we came back for dinner , we were greeted by the manager named Ford. He toke the time to greet us and gave us the history of the resort and told us the charitable efforts of the owner to accommodate local residents who were displaced by the fire in Lahaina plus the American Red Cross volunteers that helped with the recovery work. We were shown the layout of the restaurant, located right by the beach with breath taking sunset views. My wife had the beet salad, and I had the mixed plate with pulled pork, fish, and Teriyaki chicken. Plus rice and macaroni salad. All nicely done. Will go back again.
