Great service, staff and location

We had an amazing stay at the Delta Grand Okanagan. Our visit was made extra special by Param, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond for us to fix a room issue and ensure that we had the best stay possible. As a platinum member, we had breakfast included which was very good and made for a great start to the day. Special shoutout to the service team during breakfast who were extremely friendly and got big smiles from our little one everyday. The hotel is perfectly located to explore Kelowna and the property is well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Hotel is nice, a bit dated the rooms in particular, we had an ac unit that sounded like an old diesel engine from a 1999 ford transit starting up in the night, it woke me up several times. As did the staff calling us asking for the car registration as although they took it on check in asked for it again. The setting on the riverfront is beautiful but the staff need work on service, curt and rude at times. Also had an issue on the bill which was annoying and just not needed if they listened properly. I wouldn't book here again based on my experiences.
