Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay from the moment I arrived. Haniel at the front desk was especially outstanding, friendly, told us about the hotrl and offerings and made us fell welcoming. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious and the service was equally impressive, end up having dinner twice. A special shout-out to Sanjay, who made our dining experience memorable. My only comment is at the pool need some attention as there were towls all over the place but overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations as everyone we interacted with wre very friendly. I’ll definitely be recommending it to anyone visiting Kelowna and will come to stay here again!
Great Stay at Delta Grand

Travelled with my husband. Loved our stay in the Sunrise Suite. We were able to check in a few hours early and the views from our room overlooking the park and lake were nothing short of spectacular. It seemed like it was newly renovated and we did have to let the front desk know the phones were not working nor were some of the outlets which I discovered trying to plug in the iron. Front desk staff were great but we did encounter one small but annoying issue. Two mornings we were there our key would not let us back into the hotel from the back door that leads to the main pool area. It wasn't just us, nobody's key would work. We ended up walking around and through the restaurant which isn't far out of the way. I went to the front desk to tell them and they said they'd take care of it but did not, so, once again, about 20 minutes later, we had to walk around. It should have been immediately taken care of especially since it affected any guest trying to access the property. Same thing happened the next day and someone put a door stopper to prevent the door from closing as soon as we mentioned it. My only other issue would be our server in their restaurant the first day kind of disappeared after serving our meal. She came back once but never to ask if we needed anything or to refill our wine glasses from the bottle we bought. We waited about 20 minutes after finishing our meals and ended up needing to go find someone to have our bill brought. We ate lunch there a second time and it all went well. Food was very good. Service at the pool was great and we enjoyed spending our time there. The loungers fill up fast but we are early risers so not an issue. We also saw some guests saving spots and disappearing for hours. Lots of kids but it didn't bother us in the least. Housekeeping was good but they could spend a little time sweeping the balcony from cobwebs. They actually didn't go out there once during our stay from what I can tell. We also did one of the "wine tastings" in the lobby and enjoyed talking with the staff who presented the wine. He gave us some great tips for restaurants and wineries to visit. Overall, a few minor hiccups didn't leave us feeling disappointed and we would stay at the Delta Grand again.
