On arrival at reception around 2pm we were greeted with DISCO/CLUB music blaring out loud too the point we & the staff had to raise our voices to be heard, what a ridiculous place to play loud music at a point of contact on entry to a hotel!!!! And even the public toilets had the music too....why...!!!!
Also we had booked 2 rooms but only 1 was on their system so showed them our paper work for them to resolve.
On getting our rooms we were given a leaflet stating the free facilities they offer, such as enhanced Wi-Fi & eVoucher Welcome Drink & a $20 Oak +Cru voucher per-night. But were then informed it would COST US $20 per-night whether we wanted to use the facilities or not!
So this is NOT a free offer, we stayed 2 nights & it cost us $40 + $10 for Wi-Fi..
Beware it's something you have to pay. Hence our rating of 2
Apart from that the rooms were clean & very comfortable.

I'm a travel agent and always looking for places to check out.
Free water bottles.
Wine tasting daily complimentary
Lots of outdoor seating options
Resort fee of $20 you get a lot of value from it.
The not so great:
You have to request to clean your room.
The standard room is outdated.
The staff is mostly very young and new, sometimes it's a bit difficult to get an answer to things or know for sure if you are receiving the right information.
Parking is expensive, cheaper options located walking distance from hotel.
