My experience was very close to perfect. The location was walkable, close to amenities and bus routes. Staff was very kind, helpful especially the young man at the front desk when I checked in. Rooms were clean, spacious and modern; the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever encountered. The hallways were clean. Breakfast was good with many options, it would be nice to see a few more vegan options, even vegan eggs and slices of cheese, so vegans can have a breakfast sandwich.

Friendly staff, good rooms, and good breakfast space. Terrific location for north, south, east or west destinations in the Kelowna region.

We like to book the top floor, quieter and nice views Friendly, professional team, has pool for the kids and hot tub for the parents. Nice lounge area if you don't want to go anywhere, but would like a drink or a snack.

Love this Hotel! The Hyatt Place is located close to several retail shops and about 5 min from Orchard Park Mall. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. We used the workout room and it was very nice. Breakfast was fabulous- bacon, eggs, fruit, salad, juice, cereal, meats, cheese, yogurt, etc. You have to pay for breakfast but it’s reasonable. They also serve dinner in the evening. I would stay here. It’s not lacking much. Staff is helpful too.
