The place is clean and in a great location. The room is clean, and I love their pillows—the bed is very comfortable. Above all, the staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel continues to stand out every time I stay. The rooms are consistently immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and genuinely comfortable, creating a sense of space and calm that’s hard to find elsewhere. The staff elevate the experience even further—they’re warm, attentive, and they remember returning guests in a way that makes you feel truly valued. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in immediately and know you’re well taken care of. For me, it remains the top choice in Kelowna, and I always look forward to coming back.

Great location very clean also the pool is open late till 10 pm. Hot tub is large enough to not feel awkward or too close if its busy with guests

Excellent team member service throughout facilities. Always making sure our stay and experience was noted. Friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Very clean, bright and comfortable rooms.

Loved how comfortable the room was. I'm particular about beds and pillows and both were outstanding. And all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast, too!
