My second stay here and both were nice. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It’s in a central location and easily accessible. Good Globalist recognition. Only downside is the road noise is a bit loud. Overall a great choice if looking to stay in Kelowna.

In general, the hotel room, staff and service were pretty good but I was surprised and a bit disappointed that the hotel collected fee for car parking. The room was really clean and nice, enough amenities but there were no slippers. We visited at the time it was cold so it was a bit uncomfortable. The location is good. We didn't have breakfast or in-room service so I can't tell much about those.

Staff and hotel are wonderful! Closer to city center than many of the other accomodations in the area. Breakfast, for and additional $8 was good, with a number of choices. Will certainly consider staying at the Hyatt again, if the price is as competitive as it was this time.

Lousy hotel - no hot water on a Saturday morning Front desk called - Was told they would call back with a response as to situation- NO CALL - GREAT HYATT SERVICE! Then they start calling me to "offer" something which changed 3 times - and never materialized- so they are LIARS TOO Too many other hotels to choose from - Never staying here again!

I love the beds and pillows and the layout of the room. Great after a four hour drive. Wish you could open the windows, the breakfast is top notch and the staff is very friendly. Lots of space for a hockey bag and the lounge is pleasant. Nice to have upper parking for larger vehicles and trucks.
