Great location close to the Orchard Park Mall / Restaurants, and EV charging available in the parking garage. Very comfortable bed; like sleeping on a cloud.

Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms that are modern in design. The pool area is nice. The under ground parking is spacious and I would stay here again

The place is clean and in a great location. The room is clean, and I love their pillows—the bed is very comfortable. Above all, the staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel continues to stand out every time I stay. The rooms are consistently immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and genuinely comfortable, creating a sense of space and calm that’s hard to find elsewhere. The staff elevate the experience even further—they’re warm, attentive, and they remember returning guests in a way that makes you feel truly valued. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in immediately and know you’re well taken care of. For me, it remains the top choice in Kelowna, and I always look forward to coming back.

Great location very clean also the pool is open late till 10 pm. Hot tub is large enough to not feel awkward or too close if its busy with guests
