We had a wonderful time staying at the Hyatt with our family. This is a perfect place to stay, close to all the downtown attractions and restaurants. We also had a lovely meal at the hotel and the server was very attentive to all our needs. Good food and great service. Thank you ?? Definitely recommend this place!

It's a great place. It was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again with my family. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as well.

My experience was very close to perfect. The location was walkable, close to amenities and bus routes. Staff was very kind, helpful especially the young man at the front desk when I checked in. Rooms were clean, spacious and modern; the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever encountered. The hallways were clean. Breakfast was good with many options, it would be nice to see a few more vegan options, even vegan eggs and slices of cheese, so vegans can have a breakfast sandwich.

Friendly staff, good rooms, and good breakfast space. Terrific location for north, south, east or west destinations in the Kelowna region.

We like to book the top floor, quieter and nice views Friendly, professional team, has pool for the kids and hot tub for the parents. Nice lounge area if you don't want to go anywhere, but would like a drink or a snack.
