Enjoyed the V47 club
Chris R (Denver, Colorado) on Jan 31, 2025
Tessa Pua was very helpful at the v47 club and the happy hour and the breakfast spread was fresh and tasty. Enjoyed the various fruits and pastries and different entries. She was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived at the end of the happy hour. Also enjoyed the pool towel service and the pools.
Poor management
Legend1432 (Ukiah, California) on Jan 30, 2025
The hotel is fair. Restaurant food is below average and expensive. The hotel store is also very expensive. On 1/28/24 we purchased containers of poke and edamame for our dinner the following day and put it in our room refrigerator. On 1/29/25 we returned from our 11hour tour to find our food frozen. I immediately went to the front desk, with the frozen poke and edamame. The woman and the front desk was no help. Never asked my name or room number. She said she would get the manager. When the female manager came out she asked what the issue was. I showed her the frozen food and her first response was “ well we can microwave it” I explained it was poke and apparently did not care. Once again never asking for my name or room number. Needless to say they did nothing and it was too late to go anywhere for dinner. So beware
