I will definitely come back here.

Aria Hotel in Vegas is not unlike other upscale hotels on the Strip, but, everything worked very well and I failed to find anything about the hotel to complain about. Not Hotel 6 cheap, but there are more expensive places. Hotel self parking works perfectly with out human intervention. Your room key in he kiosk slot is all you need to leave and come back in. Cool. The room was spotless and sparkling, would look new but guests and housekeeping bangs the wood furniture chipping it up here and there, but everything else in the room looks new. The room controls like TV, Lighting, Drapes can all be controlled from a single central digital control pad. The shower/bath is first class. The bed is righteous. The pillows are down filled. The TV is a good size. Restaurants and bar areas abound. EZ to Navigate the hotel especially given its size. This will remain an option for when I come back to Vegas.
First time in Vegas

I have not been to nor had any interest in visiting Vegas, so this review is solely for the experience at the hotel. I attended for a conference. I found check-in to be quick and efficient, and my status was recognized, but no upgrades were available. The front desk offered to have me check back in the next day for a possible upgrade, but I declined. The hotel itself is what I imagined a casino hotel in Vegas would be like, sprawling, hard to navigate, and as usual, you have to go through the smoky casino to enter and exit. The hallways to the rooms and the conference spaces however were well maintained and clean. I had a double-queen corner view. The room itself is standard and suited my business needs and was clean enough, although the beds were worn (sinkholes in them which I find disgusting). The automatic controller pad in the room was convenient. The staff overall were friendly and efficient. Mary Grace De Chavez at the concierge stand was a true delight, going above and beyond to make dinner reservations, give me a map and directions, and tips on navigating the strip. She was friendly and very professional without being stiff or stuffy. A real gem - they are lucky to have her! The one major complaint is the lack of water filling stations at the hotel. It feels as if they are forcing purchase of plastic bottles at a huge premium to make a profit over the environmental impact. You can do better Aria! Overall a decent enough biz stay, with Mary Grace De Chavez as a highlight!
