The casino was always an amazing vibe with a vast array of different age groups. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The restaurants were all amazing and although pricey was worth the money. The pool was beautiful and there was a-lot of space to find a seat. Only con was it rained one day while we were there.
Safety Concerns in ‘locked’ Hotel Rooms

My husband and I have traveled to Vegas multiple times a year for 15 years. Aria has been our favorite place to stay for most of our trips. This last trip has allowed us to see this resort a a whole different light. Let me tell you the story. We woke early as we always do to avoid the long line at Starbucks. My husband came back with our morning coffee and we were sitting on the bed and in a chair next to the bed when we heard the door open and slam shut very quickly. I looked at my husband and said “that sounded like our door”. He got up walked over to where the door was and didn’t see anyone and or door was closed. About an hour later I was gathering my things to join him at the lounge downstairs and that’s when I realized my purse had been stolen from the countertop just inside the room door. Security came took a report. They proved to be less than helpful. The manager then looks into the computer and said she sees when someone opened the door from the inside and then sees the door opened by my husband and closes again and the sees an entry that the door then just closes again. Needless to say we did not want to leave our room for the rest of our stay. Our trip was ruined. I would not feel safe staying there again. How does someone get into our locked room and steal nearly four grand in our personal property. The resort was less than helpful, apologetic, or even a little bit compassionate during what felt like an extremely vulnerable time. Thank God they didn’t mean us harm. What a shame Aria’s response was so heartless. We won’t be back to Aria for sure but maybe not even Vegas. That being said our perfume lady at Creed, Ruth, was motherly and loving and out of her own pocket bought me a new atomizer and filled it with my favorite perfume since we had to cancel all of our credit cards.
