Typical Vegas Experience

SwissTraveler1977 (Cincinnati, Ohio) on Feb 24, 2024

Typical Vegas experience… huge, overcrowded and overpriced hotel ($350/nigh + resort fees). Let’s start by saying that Vegas is not our favorite spot… the reason we are staying here is only to come see the U2 concert (which was amazing). So back the Aria, again everything as expected, long lines everywhere to get completely insanely priced food or drinks ($6 for a black drip coffee) but you already know that when you come to Vegas. But here are the things that went wrong on top: 1) when we came back from the concert last night our room 16225 smelled horribly strong like someone had overcooked a steak or something. This morning it still smelled and this afternoon it is a little better. We are not sure if it was the heating we put on or something else but it truly was terrible 2) one our wait to get breakfast room service 3) fine you pay a resort fee to use amenities such as the pool BUT then you get to the 2 put of the 3 pools that are open and when you get to the one that has lounge chairs available (80% available), you are being told you can’t access that area… the other pool is 90% occupied with very few spots in the sun… when you turn one of the few chairs available to face the sun you are being told you cannot do that! Net, we won’t stay here again but to be fair we will always avoid Vegas when possible

beautiful resort

rooms were clean and lovely, a few things didn't work, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. Had problems ordering our meals on the promenade, but a lovely lady from the resort helped us. The rooms were really quiet, so we had a great sleep.
