Terrible/worst room!

Most of the people I came in contact with was rude and unhelpful. The room was the most basic thing ever. Actually worse than basic. Not even a pen & paper. No alarm clock, not a damn thing in it. The tv.... hardly any channels & the ones that were available, were fuzzy. Calling the service line to discuss this. Was told she had worked there 26 yrs, and this stuff had never been in rooms. Motel 6 has better stuff in their rooms. Very, HIGHLY disappointed!! Will not be returning and will tell everyone about my experience. I am a platinum MGM rewards club member... very disappointed.
First time for son.

Took my son to vegas for the first-time and he loved Excalibur the best. Easy to get to. Close to the airport. Easy to move around the hotel and casino. Plenty of places to eat.

Rooms are stripped of all amenities Food prices are expensive. Seriously $7 for a bottle of water? A check out person with an attitude.
Would stay again, but not pay extra for strip view

Very clean, bed was very comfy. I paid extra for a strip view, it was the south side of the strip and wasn’t much to look at. I figured paying more, I’d get the north side view. It also said newly renovated, we didn’t have a fridge and our air conditioner wasn’t loud and we had to turn it off at night.
NFR Stay was great

Great place to stay during the NFR. Located close to everything. Can’t wait for next year. We loved the place and the staff was awesome.
