Pillows were awesome but the room was very dated very dated Very dated and part of wall was coming undone on the floor TV was out dated compared to other TVs at other hotels casinos we have stayed at door was difficult to open at times and ac mini split cooled room to a degree room also smelt a little musty

Place is run down carpets all warn out needs an update. Check in was a nightmare, check in is so far from the entrance. Line was long and wasn't enough staff. We stood in line for 20 mins to check in.

This was a really beautiful hotel with a Starbucks and other great restaurants and shops. I loved the convenient location of it (with just a little walk) having access to all the other amenities that Vegas had to offer. The casino was great, not really smokey compared to other casinos. The room was really nice and clean with a large walk in shower (which I loved). Leaving from the room and walking to the hotel, the room cleaning staff always spoke and were very friendly. The checking in and out process was very easy and fast. Checking in, the staff was very, very, friendly....especially Karen. She put me and my friend on the same floor so we would be close and explained the costs, fees, and parking very clearly.....with a whole lot of knowledge about Vegas. She was absolutely awesome. This was a great experience at a great, reasonably priced hotel. You get a lot. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Overall it was a good experience, but the food and beverage credit situation was never resolved. Most of the staff is friendly and willing to help.

Ashes or something in the sink when we got to our room. We asked to be switched sand they obliged. Strong Marijuana smell for a non smoking floor. Pool area is nice and gets very busy. Music is very loud and hard to read a book or listen to podcasts. If you don't have kids I'd suggested reserving the adults only pool. Way less crowded.
