Roaches in our room!!!! TV from the 80’s. They didn’t clean our room the first day we had to reuse wet towels. Outrageous rates! $175 for 3 night to park! Never again. Brenda @ the front desk check in was awesome!

This hotel is run-down and needs a massive refurbishment desperately but it’s on the strip and the location is good. I stayed in the Royal Tower in a refurbished room, which was absolutely fine, but had issues on checking in and was given the wrong room after 20hrs of travelling this wasn’t a great experience. But this was sorted at the front desk eventually. Very smoky hotel, please pump more oxygen into the hotel - not everyone wants to smell smoke and gamble all day. Cleanliness of the room was fine my bedding was clean and the maids made my bed every day and I had no major issues. If you’re looking for some where cheap to stay, then this is a good choice. But I wouldn’t personally return.

Excalibur is in a great location . The Prices are fair , The Staff is Awesome The Rooms are clean & inviting. We truly enjoyed our stay . Thank You All So Much

Room service was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were fast and high-tech.The location is perfect because it’s easily accessible to the Las Vegas Strip.

Dirty musty and mildew in rooms. also 50 dollar a night resort fee??? For what? Clothes and my paper work was damp from the condensation in the room.
