Ideal short stay

Hotel has all the basics in the room. It has a great theme Location was ideal All hotels on the strip were linked via escaltors etc. Only downsides Room a little outdated Smoking is allowed in the casino/lobby area. Everytime we walked in/out we were asked about betting vouchers etc - this got tiresome

overtourism, no room selection at the time reserving with Marriott and Checking-in with MGM. Staff not interested to answer questions.

I waited 40 minutes at the front desk in the titanium line. No movement. I walked 20 steps and went to the kiosk to check in. I met Alba. She was quick, friendly and went behind the counter and made me a key in 2 minutes. The best
Total plumbing nightmare—Avoid this place!

Avoid this hotel at all costs. My stay was plagued by major plumbing issues: first, no water at all (sink or toilet), and once that was fixed, 2 days later, my hot water was gone. Management clearly doesn’t value their guests. They refused to refund the nights I was without basic utilities, only offering to waive the resort fee. It’s unacceptable to pay full price for a room that doesn't meet basic health and habitability standards. Beyond the room issues, the front desk lines are incredibly long and the service is severely lacking. There are much better options on the Strip—don’t waste your time here.
