The whole experience was bizarre for the all-inclusive. You get separate menus at the restaurants that they’ve already chosen and the portion sizes were significantly smaller than the regular menu. Inside of the room, someone came in while I was gone use the restroom left their waist and left the toilet seat up. I would not recommend the Excalibur nor would I ever go there again.

Hotel was clean, rooms are not bad at all, stayed in the renovated tower. Nothing fancy but still great for the price!
Failed to provide proper bed configuration that was prepaid

Failed to provide proper bed configuration in resort tower that had been prepaid. Sold to another guest before we checked in forcing us to stay in a different bed configuration. No compensation provided.
