The price on Priceline is different from the link they send you to. So frustrating ugh!!!!
You get what you pay for.

We booked 3 nights for a family of four. We paid for the “newly renovated room” (Resort Tower; 5203) and it was far from renovated. Not super clean either. ??

Horrible Christmas experience. Vegas is newsworthy in domestic and foreign markets for a precipitous drop in demand. Excaliber's response? Parking blocks away from the hotel, mediocre yet expensive rooms, charges for fridges, surly staff, antagonistic security, paper thin walls, but hey, dufus, you're on the Strip. Be grateful. Never, ever again. There are a million places in the world better than this hotel and Vegas. Bye Bugsy.
Real customer service experience.

This review us strictly about 1 awesome individual. JORDAN at the Take a break desk. She took the time to help me with show options. A printout of entertainment to choose from. No pressure just a friendly chat to educate you about availability. She is an absolute pleasure to meet and deal with. A staff member that greets you with a smile and means it. Real customer service still exists with her. Thank you Jordan for making an old man smile and being reminded that some good people are still out there.
Decent hotel within a walk to the conference hotel

Price (I think) was right, location was decent. I needed to be able to walk (25 mins or less) to the Cosmopolitan Hotel for a conference. What I did not like was that my room was not cleaned for a 3 day stay. The cleaning person dropped extra towels off on my arrival and I never saw anyone again. My room's view overlooked the roof of the complex. The casino food court was ok. I did not go back again. The pedestrian bridge to the New York New York was good. There is a tram that is part of the MGM Resorts hotel system, but I did not use it.
