We stayed in a renovated resort tower queen room with a strip view, check in was super easy through the mgm app and we easily got extra keys printed at the kiosk The room was basic but clean, comfortable with an updated shower. I was a little concerned with the 2 in 1 shampoo but it was surprisingly lovely on my thick hair. I was very happy with our view, will add a pic The pool was cold still but very nice, I’m sure it gets crazy during summer months but we enjoyed the quieter music during the day The location is great, easy walk to NYNY where we spent a few evenings No issues with this hotel, not sure what all the horrible reviews are about, this was my 7th hotel in Vegas and I would definitely be back Drinks are expensive but they are the same price at all resorts, Excalibur is not the exception

We’ve been coming to Excalibur since 1984! What really made my visit stand out was Rena S! She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my experience memorable. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of professionalism while still being warm and personable—she truly made all the difference. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Excalibur!

I recently stayed at this hotel during a family trip, and overall it was a mixed experience. Check in was smooth and easy, which I really appreciated after traveling. A special thank you to Luchie at the front desk she went above and beyond to make the process seamless. Since we were traveling with kids, she did her best to place our rooms next to each other, which made a big difference for our stay. Her effort and kindness did not go unnoticed. However, there were some downsides. The rooms are quite outdated and could really use remodeling. The TV channels also seemed old and didn’t offer good quality. While I understand the price point, these are areas that could be improved. Unfortunately, housekeeping was disappointing. Our room was not serviced during the stay, and the cleanliness could have been better. The sheets had stains that appeared to be blood, and some of the towels did not seem properly washed. Overall, the staff especially Luchie made a positive impression, but improvements in cleanliness and room updates would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Went to box office at the Excalibur as I find the “off site” ticket sales somewhat misleading and overpriced…even though they are supposed to be discounted. Karina, who was working the box office at the Excalibur, personified excellent customer service! She answered all our questions, found us the right venues and gave us amazing prices! Karina is the right person at the right job. Thank you!

It’s self check in now on a confusing kiosk system. Then you wait 10 minutes to be able to collect the key card on another kiosk. Don’t go to the Lobby Bar. A well vodka, single shot, with pineapple juice is $16. Rooms are really nice. Pools are only open til 6pm. What? It’s Vegas!
