I had several issues, I had to spend hours waiting on the customer service line, room was noisy, shakes every 30 seconds because of the elevators, then the shower was clogged, I asked to change rooms first time I went down and they told me no rooms that day, need to return next day, another hour waiting, then they changed me rooms, after that at least I was able to sleep, then for checkout another hour, really a resort no to came back, I had spent many times at other resorts, Luxor, MGM Grand, Cesars, Bellagio, Aria, FB and this OMG.

Been coming here for years.ive never had a bad visit.there friendly,clean your room everyday,and always willing to answer your ?s.there food court is reasonably priced for vegas.the MGM app makes checking in so easy and quick.thats why i stay here and being on the farther south side it’s not as noisy as the middle part of the strip which is nice.there pool is always nice and cool and not overcrowded..you wont be disappointed..

Staff was super friendly and the room was clean. Excalibur is our go to home base and you can’t beat the price.
