Excalibur has been the hotel that I have I have stayed at Excalibur in Las Vegas for the last few years. The very first time I stayed I was very happy with the service and it has been that way every time.

The whole trip was not a good one. The amount of dirt and dust behind the TV stands flared up my allergies

I was pleasantly surprised Room was a good size, clean Comfy pillows, The hotel is a good size to get around. We were in the tower closer to the pool. Pool could use an upgrade. Shade is very limited. Plus some of the furniture could use a little love. We did purchase a day bed as we had an infant. Use your rewards card to receive points.
I thought Excalibur is not MGM

I don't remember how many times I've been to Las Vegas from New York and stayed in all the #mgm hotels I've never seen, like this ridiculous hotel I reserved 2 rooms from Excalibur hotel for my family for the first time There is no coffee maker in the rooms that smell very bad The pool was very dirty and we went to the adult pool but they did not accept us and said it was an extra 20 dollars per person. I know it's not important for MGM, but I'm not happy with the short 3-day vacation
Very old, runned down and didn’t seem clean

The tv didn’t have good cable service. No small fridge or water. Room service did not clean our room in the evening. We ended up leaving a day early. Not what we expected at all.
