Do not book here

845laswan (Seattle, Washington) on Jan 26, 2023

1. Rooms are filthy, full of dust, rust, broken furniture and smells of smoke 2. Customer service conned our family out of $100.for a timeshare. 3. Charged $18. per day car fare for a Veteran. Warning. Do Not Stay at Hotel

Fair Price, Hotel needs UPDATING

stephaniesandoval13 (San Diego, California) on Jan 26, 2023

Overall the rates are ok, but I guess that's why they say "you get what you pay for." The hotel and hotel rooms are pretty outdated, especially the showers. Staff/ front desk are nice, but their answering service is the worse! SO, if you have a question or would like to make a change, good luck, you will have to wait until you get there.

Good Price, hotel needs updating

Tymetraveller (Toronto, Canada) on Jan 26, 2023

Check in was smooth, but during my stay, I did see some long lines at check in. Hotel is old, and is in need of updating. Stayed in the Royal Tower. Room was not clean, had to wipe down the end tables, and the room also needs updating. The key card in the elevator was a challenge, did not work a few times, had to get the front desk to reset it. Seemed to be a common problem with others in the elevator, very hit and miss. Would work on one side, but not the other. This is an old hotel that needs an upgrade, but maybe that’s why we got such a good price on the room rate! Location of the hotel is good, close to T-Mobile, if your going to a Knights game, it’s an easy walk, plus the bridges are easy to get to / from NY NY or MGM.

Almost affordable

lauripBC (Vancouver, Canada) on Jan 26, 2023

Overall, I really enjoyed it. However, Vegas is no longer a cheap vacation. The buffets (if they even exist anymore) have reduced hours. Great for lunch or breakfast, but you are out of luck if you want dinner. Food is super expensive, resort fees are ridiculous…but that is everywhere. Checking in and getting keys for rooms are a great change. I will stay here again.

Jesus take the wheel

Jojojo02496 (Jersey City, New Jersey) on Jan 25, 2023

Dont even know where to start, just disappointment in every corner. By far the worst hotel Ive stayed at for a business trip not just in Vegas. Rooms smelled, looked, and were horrible. The staff was nice at check in and that was about the highlight of the experience. Horrible bang for buc
