Rena S at MGM rewards desk turned my 1 start experience to a 5 star stay. I had some issues with my app but Rena S took responsibility and went above and beyond to resolve my issues and make me feel valued as a customer.
All inclusive packages are not 100% inclusive don't do it save your self the headache and plan eles where.

Worst experience from room to staff and I feel like they put you at the bottom of the guest totem pole to be treated or attended plus all inclusive package has a lot of hidden charges stay clear from this trap.

Absolutely despise the check in process, but the stay was overall better than expected.
I literally don’t know why so many people trash talk this hotel, I would 100% stay here again!

Would 100% stay here again! Rooms we always cold and clean, many food options, good drinks and friendly staff
