Hate it. Took over a hour a half to get settled. Visiting for my husband’s birthday. First room, door was ajar and hair all over the bathroom floors.(housekeeping supervisor took pictures). Received call that I was being room changed. The instead of sending up the news I was told to bring my luggage back to the desk to get new keys. I had to ask that the keys be delivered so that we are not going back and forth. Second room reeked of smoke. Finally got to third room and I guess as punishment we are now looking at the garage. There was no apology or service recovery offered.

We have stayed here 3 times and have not been disappointed. The kiosks to check in made getting to our rooms so much faster. Gold tower king- easy access to Fremont Street, coffee maker and mini-fridge! Friendly staff, especially the door man and bag attendants. The pool was closed due to weather on the day we had planned. You must eat at Vic and Anthony's!
