FORMULA 1 LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX is taking place November 21-23
Road closures, including Las Vegas Boulevard, Sands Avenue, Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane will be closed to vehicular traffic.
Access by vehicle will be restricted during these times and increased travel times and delays may occur especially between the hours of 5pm – 2am.
Las Vegas Boulevard pedestrian walkways and bridges will be available around the clock.
During race times it is recommended to use these walkways and pedestrian bridges to travel within the resort corridor.
RIDESHARE / TAXI SERVICES If you arrive prior to Road Closure times (5 p.m.), rideshare and taxi services will be able to access the property as usual, but you should still allow more time to complete your trip. If you are arriving between 5 p.m. and 2 a.m. on race days and using a rideshare or taxi service, you will be dropped off at the designated Hotel Shuttle Drop Off Area then transferred to your lodging property. If departing during race times via rideshare or taxi services, shuttles will be available on a limited basis to take you to the satellite rideshare and taxi service departure location.

stop off on night bus tour. Was nice to sit in an airconditioned bar with a cold beer after the heat of the tour. friendly staff, all the restaurant bar and casino facilities you would expect. interesting to see the worlds largest gold nugget and read the story of how it was pretty much discovered by accident

I have stayed at the Nugget for years. We have never considered other options until this visit. We stayed in the Rush tower suite. Very nice room. The noise from Fremont Street was so loud. I was in our room early because the slots were so tight. Usually I can play for a couple of hours but this was different. I talked to several patrons and they agreed. My husband detests that you have to play the spin game on black jack. We went to the strip one day and our luck was much better. The service at all restaurants was great. There just aren’t many options to choose from. Thanks Nugget. It’s been fun.
