We love staying on Freemont street, but this is the first time at Golden Nugget. Won't be back. The room was robbed during our stay. We reported to the front desk and someone came to the room to ask for details promising to follow up, but have never heard back. We ALWAYS put the do not disturb sign out, because we can tidy after ourselves and I don't need housekeeping in the room during my stay, but presumably they came in anyway while we were out all day for our conference and they robbed us. Zero follow up from Golden Nugget.

Nice place. Room was spacious and clean Only complaint was the top bureau drawer wouldn't stay shut. I didn't realize our room wouldn't have a coffee maker. Maybe I should have but under amenities it said coffee maker. I guess that is with an upgraded room? The music was louder in the casino than I liked and it was really hard to find bathrooms, but I liked the place and would stay again.

Our first time staying on Fremont Street. Location is amazing. Everything is in walking distance. We stayed in the Gold Tower on the 17th floor. Even during a busy weekend, our room was very quiet. Room was plenty big enough and included a recliner and a sectional sofa. Would visit again!!!!

Not impressed with our room. On the 12th floor and sounds like we’re at a rock concert, peeling wallpaper, lack of electrical outlets in the room and signs on the first floor.

We love staying with you all and this time was no exception. Everything was great. The staff was so helpful and we loved the hotel’s restaurants and spa services too. OBTW we loved the Freemont Street Experience too. So many great bars and restaurants just walking distance away! Just a great experience all the way around. The room was clean and fresh and the hotel itself was in such great shape. Everything was so clean and there was always someone dusting or vacuuming and we loved that attention and care so much! We’ll be back for sure.
