We went Halloween week with another couple. The room was great, comfortable bed clean bathroom. Very good experience at reception desk. All staff were very helpful and professional. Did have some individuals asking for cigarettes, change, believe they were homeless. Security escorted them out of the casino quickly. We all had a great time and will go back.

Front desk & VIP lounge is very rude, did not get upgraded room I paid for Carpet is black it's so dirty, bed had hair & stains in it. Shower had no water pressure & would stop to a trickle. Room had one small window, room was very dark and felt like a dungeon. View was of Mirage construction that went on 24 hours all day and night. Was there for Thanksgiving week, left 4 days early because the room was so bad
