Not pleased with the room experience.

I know this is cliché, but I normally don’t leave reviews. This was the first time staying at Harrah’s Las Vegas. Was disappointed for they say the room was newly renovated, and it was not however, I did not get to stay in the room that I originally booked so maybe that was the reason why. I did pay $25 extra for early check-in when I got there so I could get checked in and for that they gave me a different room which in my opinion should’ve been the same style room that I originally booked or at least informed me if so. The reason I booked the room I did book for the trip was to see the Sphere from my window. It was one of the reasons we came to Las Vegas, Vegas. Unfortunately, all I saw was the top of the hotel and a huge construction site did not even get to see the Strip. Don’t give me wrong. I have stated hotels where I see construction however I was well aware when I booked the room and the cost was adjusted accordingly because of the view. Also, what did not make my stay any more pleasant was we did not have hot water! When I called the front desk, they said I must come in person to complain. This will be the last time that we stay at the Harrah’s or any Caesar related hotel or whatever it’s worth.
Great for the price and conveintly located.

Visited Harrahs from December 7 to 12th, the room was clean, bed very comfortable. House keeping lady was very freindly and provided good service. The location is very conveinient with bus stop just out front, the duece bus is super cheap at 20.00 for 3 day pass, and you can transfer onto any city bus included. Casino staff and security very friendly. The reason i did not give a 5 star rating is the room never had a comfortable chair to sit in while eating or watching TV, had a long bench by window but that was uncomfortable to sit on. We would recommend Harrahs and plan on returning soon.

I had a fantastic time! Ruth’s Chris was excellent—the steak was cooked perfectly, and the service made the whole meal feel special. After dinner, I headed over to Harrah’s, and it was just pure fun. The atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and full of energy. Between the great food and the casino vibe, it made for a memorable night out. Tip: If you’re planning to go, make a reservation at Ruth’s Chris to avoid the wait, then head to Harrah’s for a few hours of entertainment—you’ll get the best of both worlds.

The experience was average at best. The rooms had absolutely NO wow factor for it to be a vegas room and I have stayed in other hotels in Vegas on several different occasions. The hotel gave me a vintage/nostalgic feeling when in 2025 I am looking for a modern updated feel. It needs some upgrades. The worst thing was their was so much hair from previous guests in the bathroom. It was horrible. I asked house cleaning could they clean it. She said yes but they never did. There was hair on the shower wall, shower floor, bathroom floor. It was jusy really bad. I would never pay to stay at Harrahs Las Vegas again. Just below average hotel.

We stayed at Harrah's Las Vegas and want to praise all the team that worked at the arrival/departure service area. A special shout out goes to Santino Hernandez who went above and beyond with a lost cell phone. Santino knew how to handle the situation and the issue in front of him. The whole team worked to solve the problem and then continued to deliver excellent customer service!
