disappointment

Very disappointed in our stay there the room was the equivalent of a motel six no amenities in the room very few servers on the floor to get drinks food and drink prices extremely high overpriced. No coffee in the rooms just overall was a terrible experience

The location is line center of the strip, the ATMOSPHERE is CHILL! I love coming here because of that reason specifically. The employees are very nice and helpful. I always have fun when I come here!

Good midrange option on The Strip

What's good: -Great location center-strip. -Room was quiet and good for sleep. -Online check-in process simple and very efficient -Reasonable price Not so good: -Bathroom is cramped, and only a half-door on the shower so floor gets soaked -Casino feels old Overall a reasonable choice in a good location.

Don't gamble at any Caesar's property. Their comps are non-existent. Add in 6:5 blackjack, and the doubling of the minimum bet if your playing 2 hands is greed. Go to Circa or MGM.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware – Pretty unhappy after receiving poor service. I booked a room with a view of the Sphere. When I got there they said I got an upgrade, but after emphasizing our excitement of a room with a Sphere view, they put us in room with no Sphere view. I went back and they moved me to another room with a partial Sphere view, but it was smaller. I called the front desk and was put on forever hold. I called a manager who put me on forever hold. I went back to the front desk and they did not rectify it. I spoke with a manager who said this late at night (now 2-hours later) they had no more rooms, but “maybe” tomorrow if I paid more. They ruined 1 of my 3 evenings by taking hours, never corrected the situation, and never followed up. My family was stuck with this mess so our big celebration weekend started off pretty bad. Thanks Harrah’s!!! To make matters worse, they gouge you on extra stuff, like almost $8 for a bottle of water. Don’t you just hate that when you’re already spending money and they jack you on other stuff out of pure greed? Leaves a really bad taste. What a horrible way to treat guests who stay, eat, and gamble. Now you know!
