The casino is full of smoke - no effective air system. We could hear Carnival Court music until 2am! Room carpet was filthy- my new slippers were grey after 3 days. And A stranger walked into our room at 1am. Still waiting on a response from management…

The location is great! Our room was on the 34th floor with a great view of the skywheel and sphere! The staff was great! The overall vibe at this location was phenomenal! I felt safe and I felt as if I were amongst family. The only way for me to NOT stay at Harrahs, is if one of the MANY resorts in Vegas offers me a free stay! Otherwise, it's Harrahs for us!!! Thank me later!! ??
Sewer smell in room

Easy check-in, hotel held our bags until we could check in at 4 (our flight got in at 10am). The lobby and casino were nice and had no strong smell. However, from the moment we opened the door to our room we were greeted with a strong sewage smell. Our noses adjusted to it after a couple of minutes in the room, but every time we came back, we were overwhelmed by the smell. Next, The bathroom door needed to be cleaned as it appeared to look like somebody sneezed all over it. I know the cleaners have a lot to do, but this was quite obvious and gross. My last complaint is about the shower. No matter what you do or what angle you put the showerhead at the water will leak all over the bathroom floor as there is not a complete shower door. We used all of our clean towels just to dry the floor each time we showered. Other than that, the location was perfect as we were staying there for the F1 race. The beds were comfy and check out at the kiosk was easy.

Rooms were ok some of the faucet fixtures were a little rusty in the bathroom. No complimentary coffee in the rooms. Too much going on, on the strip due to F1 which made it difficult to venture out. Transportation was impossible, we learned to use the monorail and the tram to navigate to the casinos.
