Not sure why this place gets mixed reviews. I loved it. I liked the quieter location off strip, there were some very quiet and very loud areas of the hotel, something for everyone. Over 21s pool was good although small. The bed is the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in and I like how you have a door to the bedroom so you can close off corridor noise. The rooms are huge, I take off a point for not having a coffee maker or kettle. Coffees are around $7 a pop so I went to target and bought a kettle for $20! The casino was quiet compared to others. Food was pretty decent but expensive in most places, the pizza place was excellent and good value for money. I’d definitely stay again.
A great hotel let down by awkward check in staff

The hotel is brilliant, the rooms are spacious, clean and bright. It’s a haven to return to away from the strip. The spa was great, the coffee shop and juice bars were handy. Such a relaxed atmosphere to recover in after crazy parties and amazing times on the strip. I’d score this hotel a 5 if it wasn’t for the very stand-off ish and rude check in staff. After 24 hours travel I was disappointed to be greeted by such an unhelpful and awkward receptionist. Absolutely no need for the eye rolling, huffing and puffing and bad attitude. Thank goodness for the amazing housekeeping service who helped us sort the room mix up (check in staff gave us the wrong details). The house keeping staff work hard, are super friendly and are a credit to this hotel.
