Wonderful amenities and service from the staff. Room’s were clean and tidy. Shower was warm and had great pressure. Would definitely come again.

We arrived late to Nobu Hotel after a long flight and were greeted by Elizabeth at the front desk. She was warm, friendly, and took the time to chat with me about our trip and her love for working at Nobu. When she noticed our reserved king room was unavailable, she apologized and offered a room with two queen beds—plus upgraded us to a room with a view and gave us a credit to use during our stay. Her kindness and professionalism were truly impressive. A couple of days later, we returned to our room to find champagne and a handwritten note from Elizabeth—such a thoughtful surprise that made our trip extra special. We also had a great experience with Noah, who helped us with repeated issues using our parking key card. He was patient, friendly, and took care of the problem right away, even removing the first night’s parking charge. Both Elizabeth and Noah went above and beyond. Their service was a huge part of why our stay was so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
