Nice and clean hotel

Friendly and helpful staff at the lobby. Hotel is nice and clean. I wasn’t happy with the floor man while I played Pai Gow poker there though, he asked the guy next to me where he is staying and offer room comp to him. I am staying at the hotel and playing same stake but being ignore even we played same stake and betting same amount all night. I would go back and stay at this hotel for my next trip to LV.
Worst Experience as a Frequent Las Vegas Traveler – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!!!!
alan c on Dec 30, 2024
As a long-time visitor to Las Vegas, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I wish TripAdvisor allowed zero-star ratings because this hotel deserves nothing higher. I booked two rooms specifically requesting they be connected, as we were traveling with another family. Despite availability (the adjacent room was unoccupied), the staff outright refused to accommodate our request. To make matters worse, the second night was unbearable due to a loud party in the neighboring room. Screaming, shouting, and chaos lasted until 2 a.m. Calls to the front desk went unanswered, and voicemails were ignored. The room itself was in appalling condition—poorly maintained, with dents and scratches on the trim when i opened the door. The TV didn’t work, and the curtains couldn’t be closed, even after repair requests. This left us unable to sleep properly either at night or in the early morning due to the bright light. On the third day, we woke up late after yet another sleepless night and requested a one-hour late checkout to prepare. To our shock, the front desk rudely denied our request, claiming they never offer free late checkouts or I have to pay!!??. However, I had overheard a white couple being told they could extend their checkout without issue when i checked on first day. This discrepancy felt deeply unfair—was this racial discrimination!!?? The staff’s behavior was beyond unprofessional. At checkout, the receptionist didn’t acknowledge me, handed my receipt with a dismissive gesture, and said nothing further. Our key cards malfunctioned three times during our four-day stay, requiring multiple trips to the front desk to get replacements. To add insult to injury, I later noticed numerous reviews describing similar experiences. I wish I had read them earlier. The hotel’s management responds with meaningless, templated apologies, asking guests to call them. For what? If they truly cared, the same issues wouldn’t keep happening over and over. This hotel’s management is incompetent, needless to say you need to pay premium, the staff are disrespectful and untrained, and the facilities are in disrepair. What was supposed to be a wonderful holiday turned into an absolute nightmare. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Never again!
Loved it

I’ve stayed at many LV Caesar’s properties, but Nobu was something so much better. I don’t think I can stay any where else in LV! The service and the room were excellent. I’ll be back.
Clean and spacious hotel room

The hotel is excellent, room was spacious and clean, and the staff was courteous and attentive. We enjoy the location of the hotel on the strip, and enjoy all the amenities the hotel has to offer. Will stay here again in the future.
Cheap on things they shouldn't be

Staying at Nobu was my first experience staying at a hotel that was not in Brazil, and my overall opinion is that Nobu is cheap on things they shouldn't be. There's a 70-dollar fee to use the minibar to store your own stuff... I've never seen that before. They also limit the number of devices (two) that can connect to WIFI. The final thing, which I wasn't even that bothered about, is that in Brazil, 99% of hotels offer some kind of breakfast (which Nobu doesn't). The room was nice and clean, so props to that.
