Random Hotel charges

Don't stay here unless you want to get charged for unnecessary room damages that aren't actual damages. Spoke with billing and to a Shaune who was also rude and not allowing you to speak and pretty much saying it's my fault. I'll be writing to corporate about the hotel management and their representatives.

Nice hidden hotel, we were actually told we were being upgraded from the main Caesars unpin arrival. Since this would have been my first time staying at Caesars I can’t compare. Maybe next time I will be able to review that hotel experience as well
