Nice Hotel inside of Caesars Palace

InsiderDORM on Nov 30, 2024

Nobu had some nice qualities, but a few small changes be big. Other changes are next to impossible to solve. The hotel is located pretty much inside the heart of Caesars. It is pretty clear that Caesars sold or leased on of the towers inside it's complex to the NOBU brand. It was a bit of an awkward, but more common Vegas set up. So you have to find the front desk which is an elevator ride up from the casino. The arrival experience after that is nice. It is quiet and outside of the chaos. The rooms are nicely appointed, although our room was facing other towers inside of the complex and had a negative view. There were also quiet a few rundown or broken elements in the room. There is a daily bar happy hour that is part of the room rate. There is also coffee in the morning in the lobby that are part of the room rate. The gym was small, good enough. There were 2 deal breakers. 1 easy, 1 not so much. Easy: There were no water filling stations. Single use water bottles in a hotel as the only water option is a guarantee fail. Provide a few water filling stations and it'll save the hotel money in the long run and make the hotel operations a tiny less toxic. Hard: Caesars sportsbook is not a smoke free environment. I ended up driving to Mandalay Bay's sportsbook to I could bet on sports in a more comfortable way. In summary, some nice touches, but the cons outweigh the pros and I'll pivot to some other options next time.
