Great memory

Miranda of front desk is great employee! We stayed at another hotel in Vegas the day before and the receptionist at the front office made us feel awful. However, meeting Miranda at the Planet Hollywood hotel made us feel so relaxed. She was always ready to help us, and we laughed throughout the check-in process.
Very Dissapointing

My husband and I were very excited to stay at Planet Hollywood. When we checked in we were told that we had to pay a "resort fee" of $56. a day. This was news to us. When I called to check with a concierge with some questions, I found out that the Hotel no longer had a concierge. We had no one to ask questions or get directions. When I tried calling the front desk, because I could hear a very specific noise in my room every night, I was transferred to the Flamingo Hotel after being on hold for over 10 minutes. I went to the pool area to lay out and noticed that if I wanted to lay near the pool, I had to "RENT" A CHAIR for $35.00 a day. That is ridiculous in my opinion since I already had to pay an additional $56.00 a day already. These are some of the main reasons why we were very discouraged and would not recommend Planet Hollywood to anyone.
