My experience at planet hollywood is unforgettable. Customer service is top notch especially Ms. Pinar from the Rewards desk. She was very helpful, accommodating and suggested different places to go to for me and my family. She had me signed up for a visa that I was able to use during our trip and got some perks as platinum member. Will definitely come back.
A comfy stay

We visited PH in June 2025 for 5 nights. My partner and I were staying at the hotel with a few friends who were celebrating a wedding. On arrival we were greeted at the check-in desk my a gentleman. He had very little conversation and hardly looked up from his computer. He offered us an upgrade to a $1300 a night suite for $100 per night, I politely declined. He then offered $75 per night to which I countered $50 per night. To my surprise my offer was expected. I queried the amenities in the room and was advised a coffee machine was available in room but oddly no bottles of water. Do not buy bottled water in the hotel, come out of the hotel at the front facing the Bellagio, walk 3 minutes to your right and there is a CVS which sells bottles at a much more reasonable price compared to $9 in the hotel. Our ‘suite’ was huge and the views were spectacular. The room itself was a little dated and some Maintainance issues such as peeling wallpaper in the toilet and the bath was warm/dated which made it look dirty. The room was also missing a blind in the bathroom. The major issue with the room is that the bathroom had no door or window coverings so from sunrise the bedroom was illuminated in bright light. The pool area is spotlessly clean however be prepared to queue at 9am to get a bed next to the pool. We opted for beds on the lower deck most days. Being a larger group of 6 we just moved beds around so we all had one. The pool area is very transient so if you wait a little time a bed will become available. For British travellers be prepared for smoking indoors, this was quite the culture shock to me. The basin is vast and there is machine service for refreshments. I am not a big gambler but from my impression the casino was great. This is more a Vegas issue opposed to PH but my god are things overly expensive. Be prepared for meals to set you back at least $50 per person. Out on the streets DO NOT take pictures of or with street performers unless you wish to spend $20, even if they take the picture on your phone. We learnt this the hard way! Housekeeping is not completed daily, you need to book this with reception. Call the day before and request your room is cleaned. Final thoughts if you made it this far… the hotel in terms of a bedroom is great value for money, even with the upgrade. Everything else is expensive/over priced. The hotel is clean, spotless even. Staff are indifferent, you are one of hundreds of thousands of people they see each year, you are not a priority, just a number. Would I go back to PH? Probably. I’d look to eat and drink further afield but the room was comfy, clean and good value.
