Good location but loud room and no coffee

The good - Great location, two fun shows at the miracle mile shops attached to the hotel so easy to get to. Two great dinners at the hotel at the Italian Restaurant and Gordon Ramsey Burgers. The self parking was complimentary but a healthy walk through the mall. The not so good - We booked the room through booking.com....not sure if the room we got was punishment for that! It was located next to the elevator shaft and we could hear the elevators all night. The room (3017) itself was nice enough and clean. I know Vegas is there to make money but there is no coffee machine provided in the room...come on! One morning we had two coffees and two banana breads at the onsite Star Bucks and it was over $40. At the pool drinks were $26 for a small Margarita! Felt like there was a fair amount of price gouging on those items. Overall we did have a good time but especially the loud room and no coffee will have us look elsewhere for our next trip here.

Honestly I would have left a review with a 2-Star rating due to checking into the 2 rooms reserved and them being half cleaned. The bathroom sinks was dirty, the baseboards were disgusting, dirty bath tub, hair on the bathroom floor, dirty walls and the air conditioner didn't work well in one of the rooms. BUT THANK YOU TO JUANA(Manager) for saving the day and turning my frown and frustration upside down to make me smile. She is so understanding and cares about the experience of her guests. She went above and beyond the call of duty to change how our experience began to a happy ending. Juana I truly appreciate you saving our first annual Mother's Day girls trip and changing my 2 star review to 5 stars. You Rock!!??
