Overall a very decent experience -- our tower's pool was closed for some kind of event or something, which was just unfortunate timing, I guess. Our tower's Starbucks closed on the last day of our stay for renovations as well. Overall the property is a bit of a hike to get to the strip, which is unpleasant in hot weather - but very convenient for Lyft/Uber pickup, just right near the entry. Security seemed a bit more casual than I would have expected, but the elevators would not deliver you to a floor without a key card for that floor, which made me feel better. (Random wandering inebriated folks on the wrong floor, or in the wrong tower, or perhaps even the wrong hotel altogether seems to be a relatively common Las Vegas hazard, haha). The room (35-611, Tower One) delivered a quite decent strip view. The furnishings were a little bit worn at the corners, so to speak, but everything worked great and was very clean. The mini-refrigerator and micro worked great, bed was pretty comfy, TV / cable was adequate. The bedpillows were atrocious - long giant sacks filled with six partially unraveled cotton balls each, as per usual for hotels these days it seems - but luckily there were plenty of them, so doing the multiple-pillows-per-pillowcase trick gave me one good pillow for sleeping, hooray. We stayed for a four-night extended weekend and did not utilize housekeeping services, so I can't speak to that part. Front desk folks were very courteous and helpful.

Huge rooms with a smoke free enviroment, makes being in Vegas a pleasure. Easy access to casino and no wait times for a cab. Great location
