Disappointed customer service about parking

Very poor customer experience. Valet parking at The Signature was full, so I was told to park at the MGM Grand self-parking garage and that the front desk would reimburse the fee. After walking back late at night (11:30 PM), the manager refused reimbursement because I didn’t have the entry ticket—I had left it in my car. No flexibility, no solution, just “company policy.” The garage is far, it was late, and this inconvenience was caused by the hotel, not me. Extremely customer-unfriendly and disappointing for an MGM property.
Misleading Hotel

Decent location, but the rooms are outdated and unkept. All of my drains were clogged and the soaking tub was beyond dirty. Really wasn't expecting this as it was our first time in Vegas. Ended up going to the Elara across the street for an outstanding experience.

Amazing location and clean penthouses. Our stay was really good. The owner was quick in replying Andy reverting to our requests. The property is well guarded and secured. Easy to drive in, park with the valet, checkin and checkout.
Great hotel, location, less impressed with the comforts this time.

We love this place, have stayed three supper times. This time, though I could not take less than a hot shower because I felt like there was no cold water. Also, this is the first time that the bed was really uncomfortable, very, very soft and kind of sagging towards the middle. Waking up to back pain in Vegas is not ideal.

Excellent. Convenient. Clean. Great hospitality. Great service from the moment we got there, valet to the front desk. everything was professional.
