Lovely hotel with peace and quiet if you want to be away from hustle and bustle. On first impression it’s very chic and the staff at check in counter were great and very helpful. Our suite was on level 20 and it was spacious and smart. But the rubbish bin was full of garbage left by previous guests and housekeeping had not emptied it!!! Which was very disappointing and I tried calling housekeeping but it kept ringing with no answer and automated message kept prompting me to use QR code from TV and do live chat instead….which I did and told them about the bin but hours went by and no one came for it so I left it outside our suite. I called down again and supposedly they didn’t know anything about it and they instead had been sent a request ( through live chat team) to bring rollaway bed to our room….very random indeed. I also asked for slippers, shower cap and ear buds but got none of the items. Than next day I asked for 2 soft pillows but only got one!!!! On another day we left our room by midday and came back after 4 hours and room still not serviced…..which has again been very disappointing….to say the least. Overall I’m not so sure about the service provided at the address. They really need to look into this and improve it significantly

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to. I will be back when visiting Vegas along with my family and friends I have told.

My room at Mandalay was not ready yet at 3pm check in time and was told that it would be a long wait for the room to be ready. I need the room ready because my daughter is performing for the dessert dog half time and we need to get her ready for rehearsal before the game. I only given an option to pay for an upgrade at Delano. That left me no choice when it is not my problem in the beginning. Had to pay for the upgrade so that my daughter could be on time for her performance

My wife and I stayed at the Delano for my 60th birthday. The staff was top notch from the beginning to the end. They really went ouyt of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated.

My only issue is the refrigeration. It would be great to have a place to store items in my room and not pay a service fee.
