Go somewhere else.

Has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had in Vegas or at a hotel for that matter. It ruined what was supposed to be a celebration. From room not being ready as promised and lied to about by staff to even the pool not being open to use. Would've never suspected such treatment but why I'm mad enough to write a review.

Hotel Hopping to Delano Las Vegas

Only1daisy (Seattle, Washington) on Oct 05, 2024

Going from one hotel to the next, Delano Las Vegas is another one of my favorite hotels to stay. The room has its own separate living area and restroom while the bedroom came with 5 piece bath. I love the huge soaking tub that was perfect for that relaxing bubbly bath. The front desk staff were cheerful and friendly. Be sure to check out a few of their rooftop bars The Foundation Room and The Skylounge.

Great Delano stay!

CaboNewbees on Oct 04, 2024

Walkway to Delano smells clean and fresh. No disgusting smoke smell. Love everything about the Suites. Nice to use all of Mandalay Bay's amenities. Not thrilled both Delano pool area and Moorea pools closed 10-1-10/3. Despite this, it'll be our go-to resort from now on.

Ok but would stay elsewhere when I return

I’d really consider this more of a 4 star hotel but the rooms were clean, checkin easy. It’s definitely on the far end of the strip so if you’re looking to be in the middle of everything this isn’t it. Pool was great and lots of good meeting space.

Beautiful hotel that gouges for coffee and simpkicities

James S on Oct 03, 2024

Beautiful hotel. Poorly lit elevator and halls. Keurig on room requires a cup and pod that is billed at $16! A candy bar was $22! All on sensors and a money grab. Hotel pool closed. Difficult to access floors without key card which is good for safety but a burden to meet friends. Much better hotels for better prices available.
