Food in buffer was very limited. Service in buffet very bad. Waiter’s never ask about water or coffee. If you asking about water they just smile and never bring.
Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property with excellent gardeners. The pool was great, the staff super friendly. Loved our bartenders. Nice rooms.
Food not the greatest, staff for some reason not friendly specially at the front desk, not rude but not friendly

Needs work on being friendly with guest, at some time it feels like I was bothering them (front desk) they have to develop a friendly atmosphere so when guests arrives it feels great to have a nice welcome.

Although All Inclusive, the buffet was very disappointing! The beach was covered with slippery volcanic rocks that you had to walk over in order to get to the ocean making them a safety issue.
Not a 4/5 star hotel, 3 star

Needs improvement on food varieties and room improvements. Service is good. Need to update entertainment. Need to add chicken, not everyone eats beef and pork. Need to better at pricing the hotel per value. It is a 3 star hotel, not a 4/5 star hotel. Need to completely update beach bar food/snacks. Overall they are serving food as if they are giving it for free. Local hotel management needs to he help from Occidental/Barcelo to improve.
