Fantastic experience and service

Euna H (Ottawa, Canada) on Nov 30, 2024

We stayed here only one night, for our last night in Kauai, but it was a great, relaxing finale to our trip. The hotel/restaurant staff I met were all lovely. Dinner at the restaurant Tidepools was amazing and memorable. Walking along the path at night and watching the stars after dinner is a memory that I will cherish. We had a late-night flight back home after check-out, and we were allowed to keep using the resort parking lot (with in/out privileges during the day), facilities, and hospitality lounge (with shower, etc.) until our departure. The pool is open 24/7 - being in the pool at night was wonderful. We did not get to use all the facilities and go to activities/programs during our short stay, but everything looked awesome, and there were so many families with children who were having the time of their life. Oh, and the Anara Spa bathroom products smelled SO GOOD - I am not into scents at all, but this coconut mango scent just brought me so much happiness. Thank you for the fantastic experience and service! I just wish it was a bit more affordable for the future... :)

Beautiful relaxing but yet still plenty of activity options. Staff makes you feel special. Food was exceptional. The Spa was so relaxing and felt like you were in another world The beach is wonderful and saw a Monk Seal and turtles will go again
