Phenomenal! The room, the grounds, proximity to the beach, the pool, you may never want to leave (but you must, it’s Kauai!)
Pretty Grounds, But Not Worth the Price

The property is beautiful and the amenities are nice, but our experience fell a bit short of what we expected for the price. We ran into a few service and room-quality issues that made the stay less smooth than it should’ve been. While nothing was major on its own, the small inconveniences added up. The hotel has a lot of potential, but improvements in customer service, room readiness, and overall guest support would make a big difference. For now, I’m not sure we’d return given the value compared to the cost.

Location was breathtaking…Calm atmosphere,,worth every penny…No complaints…perfect for Couples, Singles, Families and special occasions!!

Beautiful resort grounds. The club is one of the better in the Hyatt chain. Some of the hotel rooms need to be refreshed, such as replacing worn carpeting.

This is one of our very favorite places to visit and our most recent stay did not disappoint! There are so many gorgeous places to visit on Kauai but we also love to spend a day just relaxing and watching the ocean.
