Nice hotel but be weary!

The hotel and property were very nice. However, watch out for their deceptive business practices. Our package was supposed to include breakfast. The Hyatt did confirm that breakfast was included, but at the end of our stay we were charged for the kids. We've gone back and forth between Costco whom we purchased the package through and the Hyatt and they are pointing fingers at each other. It looks like we are out of several hundred dollars. Breakfast was not cheap at the hotel.

The king/queen room also had a single sofa bed which was a great surprise! Location is obviously amazing, resort is beautiful. Kids enjoyed the parrots, koi feeding, and of course the water slides. The lazy river is not much of a river if your kids are expecting something like a water park. It doesn't loop onto itself and doesn't have any sort of current, really. Floatie prices are reasonable.
