Pros: * Breakfast included with ample food options for any diet. It can be busy, but food is kept well stocked. The staff here works tirelessly to keep tables clean between guests. * Front desk staff was thorough in providing all necessary information relating to the property. A text message was sent twice to check-in during our stay which I thoroughly appreciated. All requests were honoured without any reminders. Well done! * Hotel and lobby was decorated for Christmas. Nice touch! * Clean accommodations with room refreshed daily with attention to detail. We were never in need of anything our whole 3 day stay! * Full size fridge and microwave available, ideal for families. * Full size shower plus a bath/shower combination. Our FAVORITE amenity from all hotels stayed at while in California. * Only a 10 minute walk to the Toy Story shuttle parking lot. Our family felt safe walking back from the parking lot to the hotel past midnight. * Quiet rooms, even next to highway. Emerging skills: * Breakfast begins to be packed up 15-10 minutes prior to closing. Being in the Disney parks until midnight each night, it wasn’t functional for my family to be there any sooner than 9:45am (it closes at 10am on the weekends). The workers would get irritated when my family took plates to bring to the room, stating that “they were cleaning it up.” Wouldn’t it be easier if a family would take it, as I esteem it would go to waste otherwise? Additionally less mess for them to clean. * The front desk is not manned 24 hours. There were children playing behind the desk after hours. * The main doors are not locked after front desk staff leave for the evening. This left my husband in a vulnerable state when a homeless person followed him back to the hotel from the nearby gas station. If the desk is left unmanned for the evening hours, the doors should be locked and only accessible via keycard. Luckily the homeless person did not follow him in, but it was an unnerving experience for my husband. * The housekeeping staff knocked on the door at 8:30am on the day of check-out and woke up my husband. I realize this is a high turnover property, but the check-out time is not until 11am. Please respect the families who not have an early departure for flights to remain in the time allotted, especially after being in the parks past midnight. * No utensils or plates for use despite full size kitchenette. The establishment should really look into providing such amenities, as the kitchenette is a major factor for families who book here. * Door dash does not seem to be well-respected at this hotel or surrounding areas, as the front desk staff handed it over to my husband in a snarky tone, “This must be for you” while pinching the bag with his fingers and dropping it on the desk in front of him. Travelling out of country with no vehicle, this was regrettably our only option and we had to be frugal where we could. Overall, a great property and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks!

Edith was the best server. She assisted us with good service and made us laugh while having our breakfast, the hotel it’s self was very fun the pool, jacuzzi, games and even movies. The room was nice, awesome view and THE BED WAS THE BEST. But overall the cambria hotel was the best hotel that we stayed in California. Thank you cambria for giving us a good time during our stay.

Ok guys, I have to be so honest in this review!! We all know how bad “travel days” suck…. From delayed flights, to paying double for rental car, to fighting children I had pretty much said, let’s just go home …. Then we finally got to check in at my hotel CAMBRIA Hotel and suites in Anaheim, and I got the pleasure of getting to work with Mukesh Patel. We had every awful things happen to us ALL DAY up this point of check in. To be honest I was thinking the whole time, what’s next! But to my complete surprise….. somehow his kindness and professionalism turned our bad day, into something magical! By the time he handed us keys and walked around the counter to give me a hug….we were all excited about our Disney trip once again! Thank you Mukesh Patel for taking time to show you care about others and for making the beginning of our trip WAY BETTER!!! PS this hotel is absolutely hands down the BEST family hotel!!! Close to Disneyland, close to restaurants, so DANG clean, so much space, and breakfast is off the charts and free!!! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!!! YES we will be back!

Highly recommend staying here when planning a trip to Disneyland. This resort is located about 8 minutes away from Disney and also has super friendly staff and is super clean and nice. My family loved the water park area. Mukesh Patel was super helpful and friendly at the front desk. Best customer service ever. Girlen made sure our room is clean, stocked with everything we ran out of and left a little artist touch as well. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

We had the best experience ever. The complete staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I want to give a special thank you to Edeth in the breakfast area. She made my sons birthday very special singing happy birthday to him with a balloon.
