My wife, daughter and I stayed here the night before we went to Disneyland. It worked perfect leaving our car at the hotel and walking to the parks. Since we are Diamond Members they welcomed us with 2 bottles of water, a bag of cookies, a bag of nuts, and $30 resort credit. The hotel itself is nice and modern. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast burritos we had in the morning were good, but would've been better if they had hash browns instead of tater tots like the menu stated they were supposed to have. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to go to Disneyland or just staying in the area.

First I need to compliment Cameron, Antonio and COCO!!!!! I had left my medications in the room and my daughters air pods. I called late at night desperate to get my medications. It was a team effort, they found all items for me and had them waiting for me at the front desk. Huge shout out to this team for going above and beyond. I was beyond grateful!!!! Hotel was lovely, staff so nice-only reason I gave it a good review is because we upgraded and purchased the breakfast. It was absolutely terrible. The service was terrible, the food was cafeteria at best. Very limited menu, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I recommend the hotel most definitely, never ever ever order the breakfast. It was very poor quality and not a positive experience.

Upon our arrival, the hotels system began an automatic update leaving the staff to find alternative ways to check in guests, and assign rooms. This staff wasted no time jumping into action coming up with alternative ways to show their guests exceptional service. Cameron was kind enough to show my family and I to our room, and hello us with our luggage amongst all the chaos. He was patient and very friendly, as were all the other staff members who came together to show their guests fantastic hospitality.

I was not provided soap, my internet did not work at all, my shower would literally not get hot, the fridge did not work, I got locked downstairs, all the tables at the breakfast were literally sticky, bathroom doesn’t lock, the hinges are falling off the doors, there is loud freeway noises right next to our window got no sleep!!! Dude like please anyone stay as far away from this hotel as possible. The rude staff laughed at my face and didn’t care at all I will be putting in a complaint to the BBB. Ruined my first Disney trip with my family. My biggest tip FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL!!!!

Great family hotel with amenities for kids and parents alike! Suncoast is one of our favorite Hilton hotels to stay at when we visit Disney! Our kids love the pool and activity area outside, and my husband loves the bar and restaurant area right next to the pool! We enjoyed winding down from a long day at the parks with a dip in the pool with some poolside drinks and snacks! The management team even noticed my daughter’s happy birthday pin and sent up a lovely care package of goodies from the hotel gift shop and a personalized birthday card. My kids said the best part was that the hotel robot “Sunny” came to deliver it! Each day when we returned to the hotel from the parks, the had a blast finding where Sunny was and reading the jokes on the screen. This hotel is always clean, the staff is always hospitable, and the rooms are spacious. Suncoast is one of our favorite picks for trips to Anaheim!
