Good times.

We probably stay here on average about 15 days out of the year. It is our favorite spot. We go so much that a few people know who we are and can usually pull up the reservation before im even at the counter. Mishella is one of our favorite people at the hotel. She takes care of any needs we may have and is always super nice to us. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. 12 minute walk to the Disneyland gates. My ONLY complaint is the lack of dining options. I wish you could come back from being out all day and order food if needed. Other than that we love it. See you again in a few days...

I'm sad... I'm sad because I have to leave this amazing place. I love it here! The rooms are clean, and the pizza was so good. Issa (Isabel ), the bartender, made the best drinks, was very kind, and made me feel very welcome. It's quiet, and the maid kept my room clean every day. I felt like I was living the king's life. Thank you for making my trip that much better; if I come back this way, I'll be back! Only 15min walk to Disneyland.

Fancy Name. Plain Hotel.

This hotel is amazing... if your normal go to hotel is a Motel 6. Otherwise is this is a low end hotel with an ok lobby. This is NOT a resort. It's a substandard hotel with a pool. One day was more enough. Won't be returning. Check out the Westin in Anaheim.

Not a Very Welcoming Place

Tai C on Jan 07, 2025

Arrived on New Year's day greeted with a blank stare at the front desk staffed after standing for over 5 minutes unattended with one staff not attending to any guests...no "Happy New Year", no "Welcome, I'll be right with you". Upgraded to an awkwardly emptied suite where a bed and other furnishings had obviously been removed so I slept in a half emptied room with blank walls. The bed was obviously old, saggy and uncomfortable and the walls were so thin that I was able to hear every word of my next door guests for over 2 hours at 2am. Next day, I asked for a couple of bottles of complimentary water at the front desk so I can make coffee in my room and was interrogated on whether I received water on check-in and then talked to condescendedly about the hotel policy of not providing water daily...bottled water of course is available for purchase at $4.50 per bottle with no filtered water dispensers anywhere on the hotel premise. Parking, while undisclosed at the time of booking or check-in is at $35 per night. All in all, this was one of the worst stay at Disneyland for a long time for my family. I think hotels of course have the right and need to be profitable but there's also a need to balance that profit orientation with courtesy and transparency as I would never mind paying more simply for the conveniences and a welcoming, accommodating atmosphere while on vacation at Disneyland with my family. If you just want a place to crash for a few nights while you visit Disneyland, Suncoast Park Hotel is fine but if you want to feel welcomed and accommodated during your stay, you probably want to look around at other nearby hotels that will likely give you more value and a better memorable experience.
