Christina at the Front desk really made us feel welcome. The rooms are clean, fresh and modern. The market area was well stocked with exactly what we needed after our long car ride. While only here for one night the hotel and staff have left a memorable impression on us.

Cameron at the front desk along with housekeeping, and a gentleman from engineering or facilities went above and beyond today by executing multiple complex tasks simultaneously and competently with just the perfect amount of welcoming hospitality and cordiality for rooms *27 and *28 on July 15, 2024. . They made me feel welcome and well cared for and sometimes that is rare these days in the customer service spheres that I move through. They set A wonderful tone for a Much too short yet highly anticipated rare short cherished visit with my son. And for that, I am so grateful. The property Looks and feels like new construction Not sure when that was built or redecorated or remodeled or any of that stuff. With an upscale beachy vibe and a restrained postmodern Tiki surf culture interior design, I feel right at home here, maybe more at home than I do at home in Santa Cruz, California. I've Stayed here several times and have always had premium experience at here while the prices seem to fall at the lower-mid end of the name brand Hospitality spectrum. Lovely room with the seperate with living. Friendly staff. Great location for Disney land. Cafes/ restaurants in close proximity. Freeway next to hotel is not too noisey. I’m a light sleeper and it was not an issue. $$$$$$$$$$)$$$$$$&&&&&&

The hotel is nice, spacious and clean, but the staff left little to be desired. The rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable and there was plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Whenever I needed some thing, the hotel staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience and the parking situation was complicated for visitors.

Great room...great staff. Pool was nice. Very nice lobby. Clean and modern. Just wish bathroom doors locked. The beds were soft with plenty of pillows. Great air-conditioning. I appreciated the convenience store being open for late snacks. Would re-visit.
