I generally never leave reviews, but thought it was important to pass along. I saved a significant amount of money, but now I know why. We love Hilton and stay in their budget line hotels all the time. Would not recommend it!! So disappointing!! Pros: -Great proximity to Disney. -Gym is excellent, with a Peloton. -Walkable to car rental companies. Cons: -Nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom: not towels or a toiletry bag. -Ice is only available on a few floors. Unfortunately not ours. -Very difficult to operate the shower. Would be impossible for anyone with weak hands. -Bathroom smelled strongly of mildew. -Requested towels only and specifically that the beds not be made (mobility issues and made lots of modifications to the bed for optimal sleeping). Not once but twice I asked for this and twice it was ignored. All the items in the bed were tossed all over the room and floor. Items were damaged. -Toilet broke and public restroom non-operating the entire time. The staff could not locate a plunger for a long time. So no way to use the bathroom upon waking. A nightmare for anyone with IBS right?! -Housekeeper banged on the door at 8:30 am asking if she could clean our room on checkout day. 11am is checkout, mind you. I told her we had not left. She waited outside and asked again a bit later when we walked out. -Poor customer service. Not once did anyone apologize for the issues.

Highly recommend this hotel. The location is a short stroll to the park & the staff are wonderful! Big hugs to Issa in the lounge, always providing exceptional service! Thank you from Mike & Shawnna :-)

Employees especially front desk clerk are rude they don’t like help only on their phone and AirPods

Sergio was really nice and attentive during me and my family's stay. Thankful for his bartending expertise!
