It was my first time there. I requested a top four room so I could see the fireworks, but got the fourth floor and was able to see a partial View. Has a silver Hilton member I got two free bottles of water for the room. The room is very spacious has a living area and then a wall separating the bedroom area. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I appreciated the night light in the bathroom central air was working great and lots of options for TV and or streaming apps. A non-skid surface should be put on the bottom of the tub as when I went to take a shower almost slipped and fell once I went in. Safe walking distance to Disneyland and Anaheim Garden Walk. Nice lobby with apple seating. I would definitely stay here again.

We were absolutely accommodated from the moment we walked in. Great customer service friendly courtesy. Great breakfast. Bartender Isabel went above and beyond! She was so friendly and helpful . Manager, Misha was OUTSTANDING with exceptional customer service. We really enjoyed our stay.???? Hope to be back soon.

Travelled Jan 2026 The good. The pool was amazing. Check-in staff were very friendly. Master bed was comfy. Room was clean snd cozy Close and safe walk to Disney. The bad Restaurant staff - unfriendly Breakfast was meh. They give you a couple options. But all of it was either cold or just meh. My kids didn’t even want to eat it. And we are not picky. Go for the waffle. lol Pullout couch - awful!!! Cardboard with springs like mattress. I asked if they had a a foam mattress topper and was told no, then ended up them saying yes and they put a mattress protector on it. Highly do not recommend getting this room configuration and sleeping an adult on that pullout couch. Check your invoices. They messed mine up!

First time staying and it was awesome great atmosphere the housekeeping was great especially Maria Avila was exceptional Loved that the bus was also perfect right in front of the hotel Definitely staying again when possible

Have stayed here twice and both times have been wonderful! It’s a medium distance to Disneyland, sometimes we walk and sometimes we uber. Uber from this hotel is usually less than $10, and the walk is about 15 minutes. At busy times the walk down Disney way isn’t so great as the sidewalks are narrow, but it isn’t bad. Rooms here are very nice, reminds me of a Hilton garden inn type of setup. There is a lack of hooks in the bathroom so we do end up hanging towels on hangers when we are here, which could be a problem if you were using the hangers for other things. The Air conditioning is very good and stays on all night for us, which is very important as my husband and I are hot sleepers. The AC unit does seem to reset itself midday, which is a little bit annoying after a long park day to come to a warmer room, but it cools off quickly once you set it back to what you want. The rooms we’ve had here have had a partial view of DCA if you knew where to look which was kind of fun, even though we were not in a “park view” room. Their decor around the property is very fun and cute. The staff are very pleasant and I really appreciated an interaction I witnessed where they would not make a key for someone without seeing ID. Even though the guest they were with was upset by this it made me feel very safe to know that not just anyone could walk up and get into my room by saying the right things. This is also the only non-Disney hotel in Anaheim I’ve been to that had rooms available prior to check in. Both times we arrived well before check in time and still they had a room for us. I certainly don’t expect this every time but it is very nice to get straight to the room after a long flight, rather than having to change in the lobby bathroom. We didn’t use the restaurant but the snack shop area has lots of great items, they didn’t have a lint roller which I needed but they let us borrow one from the front desk which was very nice! Their robot delivery system is also very cute. Wonderful hotel with a great location, staff, and rooms. We are planning to stay here again soon!
