Disney

Very safe walk to Disney about 15-20 mins. Nice lobby and pool area. We got upgraded to a suite which was massive. I believe all views are pretty poor and cannot see the parks. Close proximity to restaurants and craft beer bars. Would recommend

Shoutout to staff member Anahi!

Lily G on Jun 02, 2025

I am leaving this message specifically because I would like to recognize Anahi. My family stayed here for a Disneyland trip. We ended up getting annual passes during our trip, which was not originally something we planned on. The day we checked out my family headed out to do another day at the park, but I had to hang back and do a little bit of work from the business center, since this was again not originally in our plans! Anahi was really helpful with checking me out at the hotel store where I purchased an impromptu lunch, and she also helped store my work bag when I wrapped my work day and joined my family at the park for our bonus day. Super helpful and very friendly. I wanted to make sure to recognize her because she made what was starting to feel like a stressful day, run smooth. Thank you Anahi!!!

Beachy Theme Spot Close to Disney Resort

Pioneer23397559995 (United States) on May 26, 2025

Just got back from four nights here. Super close to Disney Resort but quiet, set back from Harbor. You can also walk to the Garden Walk. Room was spacious and clean, mattress had a protective cover which is fantastic and clean. Staff very friendly, common areas are comfy and inviting. Safe gated parking and easy for rideshares coming and going. PRICE I happened to secure was great. You can hear the freeway, but they have Calm app on the TV or Stream your own White Noise Nature sounds from YouTube to drown that noise out, I always sleep with white noise on, so no biggie. The pool looked awesome but I would suggest umbrellas, especially for the hot months. I didn't end up using the pool area because I was enjoying the perfect weather at the park but will definitely come here when it's hotter and need to take a dip. PLEASE get some shade out there and this place will be perfection. Love the socal beachy decor and art. Rooms have microwave and fridge, there's a little mini store downstairs if you need stuff in a pinch. FYI room service is every two days and they leave by four, so if you do need your room maintained please take note. I'm a late night park attendee and sleep in so I missed my day of housekeeping by a bit. Lol

Excellent customer service makes up for the flaws

Kenjiro Y (San Jose, California) on May 26, 2025

The staff tried really hard to help me out. Special thanks to Mish and Cameron for being awesome. Notes * Uber to Disney for $5-8 * Walk is around 15mins * Diamond members - Did not get an upgrade, but you do get the $15/person credit. * 1 Blink EV charging + 1 EV Charging for handicap Pros * Daytime staff member were kind warriors! Each and every one of them. Even the cleaning lady was kind. * Great email support. Mish really took the time to answer all my questions. 5-star. * Great support - I messaged that I was missing handsoap and they brought it up immediately * The hotel does look nicely remodeled. * Bed is comfortable Cons * Ask for the 5th floor - The noise - I get it, it's a family hotel but the running back and forth all throughout the day and night got us no sleep at this hotel. It really sounded like a warzone. Multiple people must've been running and jumping upstairs. It never ended. * Noise Part 2 - Many reviews mention the freeway. I was in a room facing away from the freeway and earplugs were enough to filter it out. However the jumping upstairs and constant door slamming shook the bedroom making the earplugs useless. * Rude staff after hours * Bring an eyemask - Sun blocking curtains do not work. * "on the go" food order took 40 mins from the time of ordering despite being told it'll take 20 mins. * No lock or fan in the bathroom.
