Gabby at the bar was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience so enjoyable. Nick, the manager, was equally friendly and warm, going out of his way to make us feel welcome. We stopped here while using the Tesla charger and were greeted with such genuine kindness from the entire staff. It’s rare to find such excellent service combined with a welcoming atmosphere. This stop turned out to be more than just practical—it was truly a delightful and memorable experience. We can’t recommend it enough!
Sheraton Universal for the Win-Club Staff Stars Shined

The property was very convenient to our destination of Universal Studios. That alone sold us! Our upgraded room on the Lanai section did have some challenges including a non-working TV, a smaller balcony, and the pull out couch is incredibly uncomfortable. In awareness of these items the hotel did make amends which I will always be happy to share when a problem is resolved! We were there just after New Years and enjoyed the holiday decorations so thank you for leaving them up a few days after New Years. Pluses include overall cleanliness, nice bar staff, and exceptional Club staff. I would like to personally thank Helen and the other 2 evening reception staff, and the fabulous morning staff Linda and Marla! They made our stay feel like home away from home, engaged my family in an authentic way and we would be repeat guests just to see the Club staff again.
