Poor communication at front desk, assigned room other than reserved. We had a group event planned at the bar, but it was closed for renovation. The club lounge is on the ground floor, club rooms on the 9th, FYI. Rooms were ok, but not exceptional in any way.

Matthew and Jose were great. They really did a great job in the members lounge. They were attentive and very funny. They even helped me practice my Spanish!
